OK, I’m really starting to suspect that Renee did something to make her eyes less squinty. I think it’s an improvement, but I think something was done. The hair is looking better, but she does herself no favors on the red carpet.

Kate Hudson looks great…she may have found that after having kids, because she is a tiny lady that she had gone a bit ‘flat’ so this was what she did to rectify it. What happened to her? She was so cute in Me, Myself, and Irene, Bridget Jones, and Cold Mountain. Now she looks like she’s had bad plastic, bad haircut, and she doesn’t eat enough.
Seriously, that little piece missing out of her bottom lip drives me crazy every time I look at her!! She’s going to look like Lisa Rhinna as her hair grows out.

Imagine being in her position; the Hollywood machine only wants young and fresh faced, which she is no longer, she has more talent in her little finger than many of the younger actresses (she sings, she acts, she does accents!) yet she is forever the rom-com go-to girl and no one is buying that story anymore, and she suffers from some basic but brutal physical flaws, like a very round face and roughening skin texture. I think she gets treatments for her skin which unfortunately seem to be doing more damage than good. She starves and exercises to the extreme so that she can control the shape of her face, yet in the end looks unhealthy and uncomfortable.
I have loved Renee ever since she exploded with Jerry Maguire. I see her as another Hollywood cautionary tale; beware what you wish for (fame, celebrity) for it is a fickle beast that will just as easily consume you as have you riding high.

Good lordy I love those shoes! But yeah poor Renee, she really does try far too hard. I like her hair cut this way though, it looks soft and pretty on her. Her lips look…wrong.

Everyone talks about Aniston being “needy” (which I’ve still yet to really see), but this one? She screams “Desperate!” When Zeta-Jones won her Oscar for Chicago she could barely walk to the stage (8 1/2 months pregnant), so she didn’t acknowledge Renee on the way to the podium. Zellwegger looked as if she’d shot her dog. And then went on the lament to the press. Pathetic.
I thought she was gross in Empire Records (and that wasn’t because her character was supposed to be), so when she got big after McGuire, I thought it was a fluke.
I see it took a decade for the world to catch up.
Brow lift, and too much botox. The body looks good but the face? Is 40, looks 60!
I think she just needs to get away from all those cameras…way too self conscious and I can’t blame her for that.
Renee is awesome. I don’t understand the hate here, other than blondes are not well liked on this site and the posters like to agree with the post.
Otherwise, yeah, she needs to gain some weight. But she is a great actress.

I could not possibly hate her since I don’t even know her! I can, however, hate the way she makes those ridiculous, coy poses! Ugh! Even though she may be the nicest person in the world, the way she poses and makes those “I’m just so sexy” faces, makes her come across as full of herself, and freaky. She should stop trying so hard – it’s annoying….
One nice thing, in these photos, I think her hair looks cute and I love her dress and her shoes.
