Here we go again with Megan Fox saying whatever pops into her surgically-enhanced pretty little head. It would be exhausting if I tried to recap all the stupid deliberately provocative crap this ungrateful 24 year-old has said in just the past year. If you have a high tolerance for bullsh*t you can go to our Megan Fox category for a refresher. It’s worth noting that it’s been a whole two and a half months since Megan did an extensive interview (that I could find, anyway) and that her last few interviews haven’t been bad. (As far as Megan’s interviews go.)
In this latest interview, with Allure, Megan complains bitterly about the fact that someone photographed her topless on the set of her new film Passion Play, and said that if she ever encounters that photographer she’ll basically beat the sh*t out of him. I guess I can’t blame her given that the photos were taken without her consent, but from what I’ve seen they were far away and blurry and you can’t see anything. There are already clear topless photos of her, taken on the set of Jennifer’s Body. She was wearing nipple covers but the photos are already out there. If she’s so protective of her body why is she going topless for her films in the first place? (Granted she’s never “officially” gone topless, according to Mr. Skin, and has said of her “nude” scenes “My body parts are all I have left now that are only mine – the world owns everything else.”)
In Allure, she then goes into this whole diatribe about how she hates compliments and claims that at industry events “everyone is blowing sunshine up everyone else’s ass.” Would she rather people tell her she sucks and should get an attitude adjustment?
Right now all we have from this interview are some advance quotes. Allure doesn’t have the article online yet, although they do have a slideshow of Megan’s semi-natural looking photo shoot. Her face looks lovely but the sack-like dress they put her in doesn’t do her any favors.
Allure magazine interviewed Fox and told her about a blurry topless picture of her that was taken on a cell phone. The image was leaked while she was filming her new independent movie “Passion Play,” in which she plays a circus-sideshow performer who has bird wings.
“If I knew who took this picture, I would personally cause them harm — physical harm,” Fox told Allure. “I’m not a f—ing reality-TV star that’s courting the paparazzi and wants my f—ing picture taken all the time. I’m at my job and I’m trying to play a character and I’m trying to be serious, and this is the sh– that’s happening to me. It makes me furious.” (Clearly.)
Other things that make Fox’s dislikes list include industry events and compliments.
As for industry events, Fox said, “Everyone blows sunshine up everyone else’s ass.” Which brings her to that thing about compliments: “I hate receiving compliments; I hate being told I’m talented or people think I’m going to be a movie star. I always feel that it’s forced and fake.”

What are interviewers supposed to ask Megan Fox about – how bad the industry is and how she doesn’t deserve to deal with the trappings of fame? It’s like this girl has one setting and it’s victim mode. She’s getting plenty of work despite dissing the industry she works in and the director who made her famous. She should be thanking her lucky stars that she’s making millions in an industry that people work their whole lives hoping to get into. Instead, she’s complaining like she always does and talking about how bad things are. Poor movie star Megan.

This is the same broad who compares herself to Angelina Jolie…YA RIGHT, she wishes, in what universe? She acts like everyone else compares them, but I’m sure it’s just in her head. And I read something about her once saying she would do a movie nude, so wtf is she talking about in this crap? She must have split personalities, then again she has claimed to be bi-polar too, in another article I read. She IS a pretty girl, but that’s it, she can’t act and she’s no Jolie. But like some other actor said…(any mediocore is hired for acting in Hollywood). It’s all about the looks, that’s why. Actresses way back in the day didn’t have to be such skinny bitches to act, they actually had meat on their bones and they had to know how to act. Then most of the Hollywood started to get skinny and lame.

Thats really ridiculous logic. Like she has no right to feel violated because the pictures are blurry and you cant see anything? You just sound like a bitter betty. You dont have to like her, but come on! That’s uncalled for.

Could it be that perhaps she just doesn’t like being peeped on? It’s one thing to disrobe for a group of fellow professionals, quite another to be caught long-lens by some creep.
At the end of the day, it’s her body. Who she shows it to is her business. If she strips off fifty times in GQ, that doesn’t mean she gives up the right to protect her privacy the rest of the time. If you borrow a book from me, that doesn’t give you the right to wander in any time and take my whole library.
Furthermore, even if she had been on a nude beach, surrounded by naked people, fully expecting people to see her breats – what right does that photographer have to make any money off her without her consent?
But also, I can’t wait til her five minutes are up. God, she’s dull.
If I had a nickel for every time I’ve said how much her stupidity actually OFFENDS me as a woman AND person, well, I could pay off my entire law school education in coins.

I’m a girl and 22 years old, I consider myself atractive as so does other people, I’m not being concieved, as i also dont find myself amazingly beatiful or anything like that. I’m in college, and lots of girls there are also very good looking, talented and smart. I have friends that are not in college, but are also really smart, and pretty, and each have their own personalities and are fun, sweet, sexy, great amazing people.
My point is that it pisses me off when people use the “she’s young” excuse to explain all the crap comming out of her mouth. Yes, she is young, but she doenst have to sound so dumb all the time. Young people have the capability to think too you know??
And her beauty?? Look at her face, there’s one expression there and that’s is. It barely moves. If she wasnt happy with her body and wanted to change something, I’m all for it. As long as she is happy, good for her. And i did find her to be quite pretty before all she’s done to her face. Gabby – I believe you meant “conceited” not “concieved” (and that was also misspelled). So yes, you’re young, and time will enhance your grasp of grammar and vocabulary. And not to knock the point you’re making, but when you are young, you don’t yet have a lot of life experience and you can sometimes come across as inane and, well, dumb.
And Miss Fox hates being complimented, huh? I especially loved the “…I hate being told I’m talented….” Who in the heck is telling her THAT? Maybe in other areas, like coloring? But I certainly hope it wasn’t about her acting skills!
I do understand her perspective of someone “taking” something of hers without her consent, but you’re going to have your picture taken (duh, you KNOW you are). And if this whole acting industry is such a pain, then go into a different field or go to school.
Why is Megan Fox the ONLY YOUNG starlet who often get a pass for all her doing or/and saying on the excuse of being young when others 20 are not allowed to or/and when other 30+ something are still held for things they did and said during those young years ?
At 24 years of age some of us were already young executives in charge of big financial portfolio, responsible for company budget, working like hell for clients,ect. Most consultants in the big 5 companies Like Deloitte, PriceWaterhouse or the former Andersen Consulting are around that age because they track the best elements at college already during their last senior years when thy are barely 20/21 years old.
24 is young BUT ADULT nonetheless and if other young stars or older ones are still held for things they did or said at 24 or even younger so could Megan too.
Plus she has been into a committed relationship for the past 6 years with a man 12 years her senior, something that should have made her maturing even quicker.
I think the thing that we should all be worried about is that people actually tell her that she’s talented. (shivers)

Missfit- She has always said she would not do a nude film or photo shoot. Granted I haven’t read all of her interviews but that’s the one thing she seems to be consistent on. Although, based on her track record, it doesn’t mean she isn’t lying; that is another thing she is consistent about. But, even if she is no one has the right to violate her privacy, they took pictures without her consent or knowledge. They were in the wrong even if she did a film with nudity or was planning one, it is still not ok. She deserves equal protection as non-movie stars. However I don’t agree that her rights are still covered on a nude beach. Unless there are signs that say taking pictures is against the law or it is privately own she doesn’t have a reasonable expectation of privacy that she would have on her property or even a closed movie set. It is why Jennifer Aniston successful in her lawsuit against the photographer and the magazine. She was in her back yard that was fenced in and they had to climb the fence to get the topless photos.
The quote was from Mickey Rourke “You can be less than mediocre and be a f—ing movie star. I have respect for very few actors and actresses. Some of them get a lot of acclaim but just because their movie made $200 million at the box office; they still suck.” It is not solely based on looks, as he mentioned star power and box office draws matter a lot. Also, you have to have something special casting directors about you, there are lots of gorgeous women waiting on their big break. Looks help and will get you in the door, but it won’t land you the part.
Gabby – It makes me a little angry too. First, as mentioned above, before you rant about the unfair perception that people in their early 20’s are not intelligent or their age makes it excusable, use spell check. I am not perfect with spelling and grammar but I would triple check a post with intention of asserting my own intelligence and of others my age. Aside from that, why did you bring appearance into the equation? No one is saying smart women can’t be beautiful or beautiful women can’t be smart. They didn’t even name Megan Fox’s plastic beauty as the reason she comes off as dumb and tends to make at least one stupid comment in every interview. Being in my early 20’s as well I don’t like that generalization or the idea of Megan Fox being our ambassador.
jane16- You don’t need register to comment so anyone can use any name they choose to. There isn’t a way to enforce a rule of requiring people to post using a name unique to them without assigning names without required registration of the commenters.
