I have noticed over the years that whether the relationship is homo or hetero, that giving up part of yourself will DOOM the relationship. While I feel sorry for ALL parties involved, they could have made the children thing work as the ORIGINAL children she was giving up her life for had another parent and she could have worked her schedule around Julie's schedule.
