It always surprises me when someone I consider to be a mess turns up somewhere looking healthy and pulled-together. It was just a few months ago that several sources had Kirsten Dunst chugging straight vodka all the time and basically giving Lindsay Lohan a run for her money. While that still may be the case, Kiki spent several days in Cannes, and she looked really pulled together and healthy. Granted, I still don’t care for her style in general, and Kiki’s red carpet appearances have more of the same vintagey, precious, too-old looks. I have to think that this black bikini probably did the most for Kiki’s image, you know? She looks healthy and pretty in the bikini, on the beach in a candid photo. On the red carpet, she looks like a drugged-out vampire most of the time.
When CB saw Kiki’s red carpet photos, she mistook her for Kate Moss, a woman who is eight years older, but living the same hard-knock/hard-drug life Kiki allegedly is. But if Kiki cleans up so well for a wholesome beach photo, then maybe it is just crappy styling. You decide:

her bod looks fine to me. not too skinny, if that’s the criticism…
what I’d change is her hair…that harsh blond with the dark roots really looks cheap. also, her make up is too heavy for her.

I agree that her body is fine, but it’s her hair and make-up. She needs a new hairstyle as that one is not working for her. Softer make-up making it appear like she doesn’t have any on would compliment a new hairstyle perfectly.
she needs a new look-new makeup and new hair. this is getting old on her and not helping her career. reinvention time.

thick black liner around light-colored eyes makes everyone look a) beady-eyed, and b) half-dead, so there’s that. and the hair is definitely too blond. i loff kiki, but she makes me sound like an ’80s ‘color me beautiful’ book. not everyone can wear black for evening. imagine her with her hair grown out, some *subtle* lights in it maybe, *soft* gray eye make-up, and a dress in some rich, subtle, and *interesting* color.
ok. now imagine orlando bloom with great hair again …
that black eyeliner looks too harsh on her fair skin. same goes for super bright red lips.
I like her and think she’s cute. I don’t get the “fug” comments. Hope she doesn’t turn into a druggie mess.
ITA with Praise St. Angie – her hair and makeup are oh so fug. Her body, skin and figure are lovely.

her posture is awful – like gwyneth paltrow, all hunchy. other than that i think she is a pretty girl and i like that she hasn’t spray tanned, gotten collagen lips, breast implants or big fake teeth.
I like her look, she’s unconventional… and now I like her even more cuz she’s about as pale as I am lol…

She is in good shape and she has great skin, she definitely needs to lay off the eyeliner. I think she is pretty cute too.
A more medium shade of blond for a little contrast would be nice. She’s super pale and heavy makeup doesn’t suit her.
I’m with Mistral on this one, I’ve always found her cute and never “fug”. She looks like she dresses herself without benefit of a stylist and I find her oddball outfits kind of refreshing. Like all of the party girls, she can’t hold her liquor very well and never seems to get a good picture out there.
Bob Dylan is 69 today, and its bad styling for Kirsten.
The pic with the black dress makes her look like Mischa Barton IMO, not Kate Moss.
