I saw the Letterman interview and it was tongue in cheek and Letterman kind of steered it in the direction of making it sound like she implied her husband was average. On the contrary, she was trying to say the opposite. Of course, all I read on the internet is that sound bite of "her husband is average". She never said or implied such a thing. Same with the Parade interview. I'm sure that interview was edited to emphasize the secret part. I'm certain there was a lot more said that wasn't written. I agree with the previous poster that these two pretty much keep it on the downlow and try to carve out some privacy when they can. SJP has often tried not to comment on their marriage when asked directly because she knows these slanted journalistic articles will be written. They seem happy. Leave them alone.
