You’re kidding, right? Sure, she doesn’t look wasted, but she still looks slightly stoned and that dress, that necklace and that hair are just fug. She pretty much only got the face area to look slightly more polished. Any woman should be able to do better than that, especially if you’ve got stylists and money out the wazoo to help you.

I think if that were almost any other celeb, we wouldn’t be saying she looks good. But since this hair/makeup/outfit DOESN’T look like Courtney Love picked it out from a garbage heap while smoking crack, we’re on board with it. Good job CLove! Clover? CourtL? idk why I suddenly became focused on giving her an unnecessary nickname lol.

I have always loved Courtney, no matter what. I just have such a soft spot for her. So I am so happy to see her look so “fresh”! She’s just released her new album and I love her voice on it …older and rougher but still unique. She looks absolutely amazing.

I’m more freaked out by the deloused (”refreshed?”) CLove than the street urchin version. She looks good…I would actually consider letting her in my house like this…but would still insist on a pee test before entry, though.
And I question if that’s Union in those pics. That woman’s top lip doesn’t totally disappear when she smiles like Union’s does…

Looks like she’s had cheek implants and a whole eye/brow and facelift. Reminds me of when she cleaned up for the Larry Flynt movie she was in.

She could look like this everyday if she took the time to do her face and hair.
It is amazing what a professional makeup job will do for your looks. Instead of the black eyeliner and smudge lipstick she tends to rock.

She has CLEARLY gotten her lip implants removed…check out any old pic of her and you will see them ballooning out from her face…their removal is enough to make her look human again…and then of course the wonder that occurs when someone actually washes their hair and puts on normal make-up ..she looks much better

It’s like Briney Spears: because they don’t dress nicely, and don’t take the time to do hair and makeup before going to the supermaket, everyone think they are not pretty… It’s like judging a book by it cover…
They both are very beautiful women who just don’t give a damn about what they look like… I think it a better attitude than some celebrity who wear Jimmy Choo to go to the gaz station…

Courtney Love had her nose done at least four times, one in 1990, second when played in People Vs Larry Flint, third around 2000(se got it really turned up), fourth about a year ago to redo the turned up thing nose. Maybe I miss one or two nose jobs. She did a boob job like a month after Cobain died. She filled her lips a lot of times and then unfilled them. She had a mini lift about ten years ago she does collagen fillings all over face.
She’s had a lipo that she said destroyed her bottom’s appearance. She looked her best in 1991-1995. Now she’s just a decent 49 year old plastic surgery recovering addict

I literally gasped at how beautiful she is! She has amazing eyes, and I don’t think I ever noticed before because of the gross racoon mess she usually makes of them.
