The level of discomfort and world awareness he generates in his "victims" and audiences is the whole point of his art --like that of any fine art. I'd much rather be upset and entertained by his kind of creativity than the lame, gross, gory, gratuitous vulgarity of 99 percent of the stagnant "pop culture" media flying around today.
