Here are some lovely photos of Simon Baker in Monte Carlo today for the 50th anniversary of the TV Festival there. He’s promoting The Mentalist, which I rarely watch, but my mom does and she loves it. I just like to look at photos of Simon. He’s just so lovely and pretty. CB and I were gawking over these photos earlier, although CB thinks his hair is too long nowadays. I kind of like it though. I imagine running my hands through the curls, having a rogue blonde strand tickle my… nevermind. We don’t need to do another Daniel Craig fan-fiction story, right? Speaking of Mr. HotGayPants Craig, he and Simon have something in common, in my opinion: they both sound just as sexy when they’re doing American accents as when they’re talking in their respective English and Australian accents. Rawr.

Meanwhile, while Simon was in Monte Carlo, he told reporters about a strange epidemic that some members of his family had succumbed to: Bieber Fever. According to Accidental Sexiness, Simon said: “My nine-year-old son said to me the other day, ‘Oh Dad, I’ve got Bieber fever!’ – when I asked him what that is, he told me it’s when you get a Justin Bieber song in your head and you can’t get it out’… So yes, my son had ‘Bieber fever’, and then an hour later, said he doesn’t have ‘Bieber fever’ any more.” Aw, that’s cute. I would have preferred he said it directly to me, whilst undressing slowly, but I’ll have to make due with these photos.
