  3. If you can come back from Africa and still think Brit has it bad, you are fucked in the head.

Lets see, I can have tribal wars, ebola, rampant AIDs, ethnic cleansing, epidemic famine, female circumcision, holy war, and roving rape squads

    or

millions of dollars, the best medical and psychiatric care money can buy, an intact (albeit slightly moronic) family to support me, and hundreds of celebrities making me their new Cause Celeb.

    That’s a maddeningly hard choice, isn’t it?

  6. I still love Madonna, even though she’s obviously lost her mind. Well, perhaps it would be more accurate to say that I love her MUSIC, and tolerate her and all the bullshit that spews from her mouth. But Britney….I honestly have ZERO pity for her. She’s just a repulsive, stupid pile of shit. Whenever I see her slack-jawed, too far apart, retarded cow eyes, her hideous, filthy weave, and her slutty, too-tight, too-short, stained clothes, I pray for God to strike her dead. Seriously. She can never be fixed, she cannot be saved, and it’s just a waste of time and effort to even try. Nor does she deserve it. She refuses to do anything to try and help herself, she is willfully stupid and spoiled, she hates her children, and wants to spend her time in worthless pursuits like shopping, sucking down junk food and Fraps into her gaping, zit-covered face, and clubbing. Why pity her? She doesn’t WANT help, she doesn’t think she NEEDS help, so let her self-destruct. My concern is for the normal people who need and WANT help, and cannot get it. I cannot feel any pity or sympathy for Britney fucking Spears, and I think the people who do are just stupid. Sorry, but to hell with her. I just hope she kills herself sooner rather than later, because I’m sick of looking at her.

  7. what scott f said about africa

    v.s.

choosing to preen in front of the paps.

so many in africa are given no choice in their lives or their death, be it from ethnic cleansing or aids. britney on the other hand has a whole world of choices available to her.

  9. YOU tell US…it’s NOT a registered charity last I heard. Charity with “red” strings attached is NOT charity, it’s manipulation. The natives are still waiting for an apology for their treatment in “christian” schools and foster homes. Made to abandon their heritage to take up a new religion and way of life

  12. Stoatboat, really, wishing for God to strike someone dead is rather sick. And saying you wish they would kill themselves is sick-o. It really is.

I am not a huge Britney Spears fan, but I think you are far more messed up than she could ever be.

  14. Madonna is so tired she might as well be in a coma. That ridiculous, self-important, fame-skewed quote proves just how irrelevant she is now. I used to think she was kind of cool, but both she and her music have become far too self-indulgent.

Also, her injection-altered face frightens small children and bunnies.

  15. Actually in Africa people especially women are killed with stones and machetes with accusations of witchcraft…entire villages have been ethnically cleansed using withcraft as the excuse. Madge knows what she’s talking about…and you should read the news more. Chasing after someone and sending them ill will in order to get a photo is very negative…she’s just comparing negativity with negativity. WHether witchcraft is real is up for debate…but witch trials are stil rampant the world over in an effort to quelch women. Sad and True.

  16. Madonna DOES seem to do a lot of photoshoots posing with her legs apart…

that said, I agree with her on the Britney thing….it must be utter hell being mentally ill AND having an army of paps shadowing your every move while yelling either false compliments or abuse.

….and she is right; witchcraft (or magic, or juju) is a way of life in Africa much as it was in the west five or six hundred years ago

StoatBoat….you need a therapist for your anger problem

  18. it’s not so much the witchcraft as that everyone still believes it exists. as long as people can blame magic, they can kill people for being witches. a lot of the accused witches, medieval period through today, were mentally ill. maybe that’s the connection? she also seems to be invoking the belief that a picture steals part of your soul. in which case, she would be a zombi (traditional sense).

diningi - depends where in Africa, and whom you ask. some people were genuinely excited about Christianity, and converted willingly. sometimes the mission schools were great. other times, people got screwed over. mixed bag.
