There are all sorts of stories about Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s impending divorce and how they’re both faring (poorly) as they head toward legally dividing their assets. Yesterday we heard that one of Charlie’s cars was found in the bottom of a ravine near his LA home, making it the second time in four months one of his cars was ditched near his house. Charlie claimed that the car was stolen from his mansion in a gated community after he left the keys in the ignition, a convenient excuse. TMZ reports that the surveillance videos from his property management company have come out and that they’re shadowy to determine the culprit.
Brooke Mueller is back in rehab
Charlie seems to have plenty of enemies so it’s hard to tell if there’s someone messing with his cars, if he’s lending them to friends as Kaiser mentioned, or if he abandoned them himself after having too much to drink. Whatever is going on with him, his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, isn’t faring much better. She’s back in rehab for the second time since the split for what her rep claims is help with “stress management.” We’ve heard that Brooke had an alcohol and crack addiction, and that she’s been receiving treatment at home while she cares for her twin boys. Now she’s in an inpatient facility where she reportedly will be able to bring her twin sons, Max and Bob, 13 months.
Divorce papers have been drawn up and signed but are not yet filed
Charlie and Brooke have agreed on a divorce decree and have both signed the document, the full text of which is available on TMZ. It has not yet been filed with the court. Under the terms of the agreement, they will share joint legal custody of the twins, with Brooke to get primary physical custody and Charlie to get visitation on the first, third and fifth weekends of the month.
Brooke will get a whopping $55,000 in child support a month along with a settlement of $757,689.70 and a one million payout in exchange for letting Charlie keep the home. The paperwork stipulates that Brooke must receive more per month in child support than Charlie’s other ex, Denise Richards.
It also includes a gag clause for both Charlie and Brooke, with neither allowed to talk to the press about the either’s exploits. Brooke is ordered “not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie’s sexual affairs or alleged drug usage” while Charlie must do the same. We’ll see how long it takes these two to file.
Charlie is trying to weasel out of jail time for Christmas day assault
Last, Charlie was all set to head to jail in Aspen to serve roughly two weeks in a cushy dorm-like facility with full days out on work release at a local community theater. The woman in charge of the work release program refused to sign off on the long hours and wanted to block Charlie’s smoking privileges, so his lawyer had the sentencing delayed. Now his lawyer is trying to change the plea bargain to get Charlie off with no jail time whatsoever. In exchange for going to jail without probation, his lawyer is trying to get him probation without jail. That hardly sounds the same.
Radar online quotes a source who says it’s all due to Charlie’s nicotine addiction. “Charlie realizes that any deal with jail time now means he can’t smoke. He says he can’t go without it. And Brooke is still not clean and needs rehab. That’s got Charlie worried about the kids so now he’s willing to take probation… Other people took care of the kids when both Charlie and Brooke were in rehab at the same time. But this time Charlie says he wants to be there for them. And he simply can’t deal without smoking so that clinches it.” I’m so sure he’s avoiding jail out of his deep concern for the welfare of his boys.

Am I the only fool who thought Charlie and this woman would last? I mean for some reason I thought Charlie wouldn’t repeat history with this woman who turned out to be even worse then he is. She has twin boys, babies, infants, and she is already in rehab. Thats sooo sad. I just don’t get Charlie. Why can’t he clean up his act and find a decent woman and not screw up the relationship?

Even with all his “misadventures,” I used to root for Charlie, because, well, he just seemed fun. But this past year he has shown himself to be nothing more than a giant jackass. AND a giant baby. Can’t go to jail because he can’t smoke? Oh wah phucking WAH. GROW UP and do your little 2 weeks in jail like a MAN. (Yeah, right).

I think pretty much everyone who’s an actual observer of this gaggle-fuck is more concerned about the welfare of the children than these two selfish ass-holes.
I mean, come on, who does crack & drinks while they’re pregnant? WITH TWINS! Who (besides all the man-whores we’ve been reading coverage so much of as of late) has unprotected sex with prostitutes and smokes & drinks with his wife WHILE they’re trying to conceive a child & when she’s pregnant? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?!

I believe Charlie is far more concerned about not being able to smoke (and drink and drug it up) than not being there for his kids. If he just gets probation, his life doesn’t really change.
They are both just toxic people. I feel so sorry for the all kids involved in their lives.

i would say, ok, while brooke is in rehab charlie’s stays out of jail. as soon as she’s out he goes to jail. everyone wins-only we extend charlie’s sentence another week.
a judge in NY i believe just suspended a woman’s 2 year sentence until her husband gets out of jail, so that the kids don’t get put in foster care. it wouldn’t be “celeb” justice as there is a precedent
for it.

Those girl’s aren’t Denise’s meal tickets, she was a bankable star on her own-however having them certainly doesn’t hurt.

Okay playing devils advocate here.. We all remember the shit he tried to drag Denise through when they divorced, remember how she was made to look like the crazy one? and we all had a GET OUT!! NO WAY!! SHE’S NOT THE CRAZY ONE HE IS! moment when the shit hit the fan with Charlie and Brooke.. Heck he even had his Dad trashing her..
Anyway my point is.. I wonder what type of shit he is pulling on Brooke, and maybe just maybe she went to rehab for stress because we all know what dick Charlie can be.
And I think the ‘more than Denise gets’ was a lame attempt by Charlie but I am sure she shot back with ” big deal.. I have full custody of the girls assbite!”

When Charlie married Denise there was no pre-nup. So she ended up with a piece of the profits/his residuals of his show.
Along with child support and the payout.
And that is why Charlie dragged Denise through the mud, cause she was getting a big piece of the pie. And he made sure she paid a price for it. By making her look crazy as hell.
When he married Brooke she had to sign on the dotted line and it drastically reduced what she would get in the event of a divorce.
So no matter how much child support Brooke may receive, Denise will always have more money. Denise gets residuals from 2 1/2 Men, which will be paying out for decades. Brooke gets none.

This guy has always been a jerkwad. See his interviews. He’s as paranoid and defensive as they come. See all his photos – they always show the furrowed brows. He never relaxes the pissed-off eyebrows and is always on the defensive. He’s okay at pretending when he’s acting, but the minute he’s being himself, it’s “en garde!” all the time. I noticed his a long time ago when Heidi Fleiss busted him for using hookers, and he hasn’t changed a lick.
Also I’m with Bellaluna – these people don’t deserve kids.
