In Touch reports that Tori Spelling is working on a new talk show for ABC, but that producers are concerned about whether she’s well enough to film. Tori is rail thin, which she’s blamed on poor health including a supposed bout of swine flu and ongoing stomach problems. That’s said to worry backers of the show, which isn’t set to air until next year. Tori is quoted by Star this week as saying “I’m exhausted, if not sick, half the time. My agent’s worried I’m going to drop dead.” (It’s presented as if she wrote this in her new book, although they don’t source that quote.) When she’s making statements like that, it’s no wonder that people are wary to work with her. She also missed several scheduled interviews to promote her book:

Star Magazine also has news about Tori this week, and it focuses on how poorly her life and relationship with her husband are faring. They quote a passage from her book in which Dean tells her how lousy everything is when she doesn’t want to have sex with him.
“This is the beginning of the end,” she reveals Dean confessed to hear after she refused to make love with him upon returning from a recent business trip. “That’s Dean’s code for ‘our sex life is over. The marriage is doomed.'”

We’ve heard all that about Tori fighting with Dean and worrying that he’s going to cheat on her. It’s news to me that Tori has a talkshow in the works, and I hope that it doesn’t get off the ground. I just don’t care for this woman. She uses her personal life as fodder for a television show and multiple biographies but then complains when the press actually covers the negative stories she uses as promotion. She also routinely accepts product placements and endorsements, even going as far as to pimp out her daughter’s second birthday party. Here’s another photo of Tori, below, chugging her sole meal of the day out of a “Team Edward” water bottle while using her kids to help promote the crap she’s selling. It’s just another day in the life of Tori, selling crap and selling her sad life. The American public isn’t buying, and I hope that ABC stays far away from her.

I’d LOVE to watch her talk show. I like her quite a bit. And after continually seeing her bashed by so many hateful posters, I’m feeling compelled to support her any way I can. You folks are cruel!

I like Donna Martin…uh, Tori until I read here that she when she got with Dean she was already married and he was in a 12 year marriage in which he had just adopted a special needs baby with his wife 3 weeks prior. I love the comment his wife made to him after he confirmed that he had been sleeping with Tori. “You slept with Tori Spelling! No one sleeps with Tori Spelling on purpose.”

I really wish that the people that make these horrible comments about the way she looks would post pictures of themselves so we can criticize the way they look! If you would take the time to read her books and watch her shows you would understand that she is a good mother, a good wife and a good person…
I find Tori harmless. She is funny in the interviews I have seen of her. And she is more than aware she is not a beauty. She has made many jokes at her own expense about it. So why do so many people still bash her about it? Please move on.
But at least Tori is working and supporting her family. Since it is been widely known she was left very little from her Father’s estate. She even used that money to help finance her show didn’t she?
So my bias opinion is, at least she is working. Not cracked out walking red carpets blaming everyone for her problems.
And if I had to deal with that nutty Mother’s of her, I probably have a few issue’s too.
Lets be honest that Mother has not been kind to Tori in private or in public.
I would suspect the whole extreme dieting is tied to all that.
i think she’s sweet and i like that she doesn’t try to make her (bad) relationship with her mom into something great when everyone knows it’s not. not everyone has a great relationship with their mom and i like that she owns that.
Drea: You’re right, we’re all jealous. We wish we had breasts and a face that are caving in on themselves, a husband who is a cheater who appears to equate sex with love, a mother who wrote a tell all about us, so little talent that we are forced to hawk every part of our personal lives to make money, and an eating disorder. Yep, clearly jealous.

I actually find her show kind of cute.. Her children; especially Liam are just beyond cute. She seems like a good mother. and to me she is way less harmless then the Jersey Shore fools or the K sisters. I think she is doing what everyone in the world today is doing. Making a living. The fact that her father left her pretty much nothing in his will she is one of the few people from that show that has gone on to some success. Her books sale, her jewelry line sales big. She is making her money on her name, and not her fathers. NO she is not the prettiest person in the world, but she is making her mark. I have nothing against her. I have watched her show and found it cute most of the time, and I think her show is doing quite well. So like her or not. TORI is here to stay for a time.
Her fame-whoring is derailing her career. Ha Ha Ha! Maybe that will put a muffler on her but I doubt it. Her weight gets her more press then anything else.
Tori is going to work herself to death trying to maintain a lifestyle that she grew up with.
I can’t imagine growing up in one of the largest homes in the U.S. and having a powerful Hollywood dad like Aaron Spelling. How do you go from that to being married to a D-List actor who has nothing and contributes nothing.
It would take millions every year to live the way she’s used to, not just a million or two.
Nevertheless, she chose Dean and this is where she is. Sad if it’s affecting her health and ability to take care of her kids. If she would lose Dean, she would not have these struggles. But she doesn’t strike me as the one to leave first.

Wow, Celebitchy, what a spot-on post! I have never cared for TS; but after reading about her spending less than a year in a marriage her DAD spent over a million dollars on to get in bed with a married man with 3 kids, that officially put me over the edge.
I file this under “Be Careful What You Wish For; You Just Might Get It” and move on, fervent in my hope her talk show never sees the light of day.
On their show Dean is constantly hounding Tori for sex. It’s both creepy and annoying. He’s always whining about the fact that they used to have sex 3 times a day, and now she won’t have marathon sex romps with him anymore. “Waaah” “waaah”, the big baby. I’m just praying for the episode where she screams “I’m working fool, that’s why I won’t bang you. Get on the motorcyle I bought you and drive yourself to the unemployment line!” Honestly,sometimes I just want to reach through the screen and tell his out of shape, unemployed ass to STFU. Tori is falling out of love with him fast. The disgust and contempt she often feels for him just oozes of the screen at times. If she stays with him it will just be because of the children, and the fact that she doesn’t want to prove that the naysayers (her mother, friends, the media) were right, and she never should have married him. Tori seems like a nice girl (I know it’s hard to believe), who is INCREDIBLY insecure and desperate for a happy home and family. And yes, what she and Dean did to their spouses was horrible, and it appears that karma is coming around to slap them both in the a** for their betrayel.
Nothing against a person who is trying to make a living, but what do you say when the line between endorsement and real life is blurred? it looks like she is painfully desperate getting paid even to the extent of using her girl’s birthday party into an endorsement gig. She is closing into Star Jones “freebies wedding” territory.
I like Tori, why not ? But she is way too thin in a very unhealthy way. Get help Tori.
All Tori would have to do is go to Candy and say “I want Dean gone.” Candy hates him SO much. She would hire so many lawyers, Dean would end up pushing a shopping cart in circles pretending he’s motorcycle racing. Do it, Tori. You know you want to.
