Which makes a prison sentence all the more pointless and possibly potentially detrimental at this stage. Stupid idiot. Just as his career was getting back on track. He hasn't shot anyone, he hasn't been caught driving under the influence, he hasn't been caught dealing. He's just a user. Locking him up won't stop him from doing drugs - there's plenty of drugs in prison - it just means that the British government have to pay to keep him in a jail cell while he's getting high.
