Mel Gibson is caught on tape admitting that he hit the mother of his love child, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively. It’s another bombshell development, following our world exclusive when we revealed that Mel was taped spewing a vile, racist rant, telling Oksana Grigorieva, “You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”
Now, RadarOnline.com is revealing even more content from the tape and this time Mel admits to hitting Oksana twice in the face while she was holding their baby daughter Lucia.
On tape, a teary Oksana is heard asking Mel, “What kind of a man is that who would hit a woman when she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face? What kind of a man is that?”
The Braveheart star responds: “You know what — you f**cking deserved it.”

Mel’s sickening “you f**cking deserved it” admission sheds new light on the he-said, she-said battle that has been raging between Oksana and Mel for the past several weeks.
His legal team has insisted Mel did not hit Oksana and that they had only a loud argument. The disputed event apparently took place January 6 in his Malibu mansion.But sources close to Oksana claimed she was left bloodied and bruised and had her two front teeth knocked out during the violent confrontation. The emergence of this part of the tape is the latest and nastiest development in the couple’s bitter legal battle.
It exploded after RadarOnline.com’s blockbuster revelation that Mel had launched a vile, profane rant — and it was all caught on tape. Mel and Oksana have each filed court orders against each another in recent weeks.
Gibson also sought a court order, in a desperate bid to keep his ex from releasing a DVD which apparently includes the recording and photos of Oksana after the brawl. Gibson’s camp has been on a hunt to find who released the tape. His lawyers want to know if Oksana did it.
Grigorieva’s lawyers “vehemently denied” she leaked the tapes and for the first time, RadarOnline.com can reveal Oksana did not release the recording to us. But we’ve learned that she decided to record Mel after he made a series of death threats against her.

Folks, do you know that there’s an audio version of Photoshop? I don’t know what it’s called, but it’s a way of taking words, phrases and sentences and splicing them together to create an audio tape that’s totally false. There are experts who can listen to these tapes and verify if they are real or doctored. I say let’s wait until that’s done, and let a jury or judge decide if Mel physically abused Oksana. And if he did, make him go to jail. That’s real justice, not giving Oksana a big financial payout.
It should be pointed out that Oksana alleges Mel asaulted her January 6th, but she never filed a police report or leaked anything to Radaronline or other media (her “people” could’ve at least planted a blind item somewhere). At the time she was Mel’s “girlfriend,” enjoying the perks of his celebrity status. She obviously didn’t want to bite the hand that was feeding her caviar and champagne. When Mel dumped her in April her 15 minutes of fame were up, and she made a comment about us “knowing the truth soon.” Those of us that have been following the Mel/Oksana story since last year interpreted it as some sort of threat. Apparently (I think it was written in “People”) Oksana hooked up with a new attorney in May. Oksana claims she’s broke and living off credit cards, so her lawyer is obviously representing her in exchange for a cut of the $ettlement he/she thinks he/she can get. How is this justice? If Mel is guilty he should go to jail, not make Oksana and her attorney rich!

I see alot of cases of various types of wounds delivered by blows from spuces in my volunteering. I wish I could say its alarming to me but I’ve grown numb about it. But I swear it used to boil my blood to such an extent that I started becoming counter productive in my decisions. The issue of abuse is not looked at with much willingness. Its usually women reaching out for other women instead of men taking a stand against it. I think it’s a primitive side to men, some actually do feel powerful and that a woman place is where he decides it is. And that ‘punishing’ them is actually JUSTIFIED.
There’s not an excuse for him hitting her, he should have just called the police if she was doing the things he alleges. I feel certain she’s crazy, too.

I completely agree. The pictures or medical documents don’t matter anymore. If Mel broke her teeth, gave her a concussion, it’s irrelevant now. He’s admitted to hitting her and that’s a line in the sand as far as I’m concerned. I don’t care if it was a slap or a punch. Irrelevant. You don’t hit a woman, full stop. No excuses.

Like photo editing, audio editing leaves traces, and an expert can analyze the audio evidence to determine whether or not it’s authentic. (I would actually be shocked if the news outlets that are reporting this story haven’t had some sort of authentication done, if only to cover themselves legally.)
So if this is all fake, he has every reason to speak out and defend himself. I can’t think of a single reason why he wouldn’t, and I think his silence is the most damning piece of evidence yet.

Oksana certainly is either “quite desperate” or “not playing with a full deck”, if she is willing to risk further sanctions from the court for releasing more information from her tapes to the public. I can’t help but wonder what “bombshells” the Gibsons are holding in their hands. More than likely, they’ll save their evidence for the hearing where it will do the most good. As another poster mentioned, violence is not justifiable unless there is an imminent threat to ones self or their loved ones. Never put anything past a “sociopath”. They lack a conscience.

How quick everyone is to forget that:
1. Oksana is low on the morals ladder like Mel. Lying scheming hook up ho for child support. Crazy, threatens and blackmails to get her way. When she doesnt get the ring or high enough payout then look out.
2. Mel’s lawyer DID deny in his statement and questioned the authenticity of any proof oksana put forth.
3. Mel’s lawyer DID say that contact occurred in the process of Mel getting his daughter from Oksana who was being dangerous with the child during an argument and shaking the child.
4. Oksana didnt try to bury Mel in the court of public opinion until FATHER’S DAY! When he and she ALREADY had a custody order and settlement worked out and SHE was peed off that Mel didnt want to be around her and instead wanted to be with ALL his kids together in private.
5. NOTHING HAS BEEN AUTHENTICATED AND NO ONE ON THIS WEBSITE HAS A FREAKING CLUE ABOUT WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!
So why the heck is everyone talking as if it has been adjudicated in a criminal court of law and Mel has been sentenced? Not one person has seen a shred of “evidence” and if you had are you an expert on interpreting and authenticating it? Thought not….

There so called story seem to be getting and coming out with different things happening. If any of this DID happen Why is she changing her story, First of all it was concussion I broken tooth and a cracked one, no mention of severe bruising and damage done to the face, not it’s 2 front teeth and cuts severe damage to the face,
I thought if a judge ordered these tapes not to be released to the public sealed that’s it.
Why is radoronline breaking the law in leaking some of these out. And if you read them it says “supposedly,”
How do we know that they are not Stretching the truth to get more publicity for there sights.
All this leaking out information on Oksana’s side is eventually going to backfire on her and her legal team.

Why travel with Mel all over the place, If her so called injury’s were that bad as she claims they were Someone would have noticed, If you look at the pic’s of her with Mel 5 days after the assault WAS meant to have happened, Were is the bruising, If her two front teeth ere knocked out you would have seen the damage, Bruising does not disappear over night, She also said her face was cut as well.
Any person with a grain of salt would call the police, Get Medical evidence and press charges.

If she was a fit mother there would be no way she would have let Mel have 50/50 custody with the baby, No way would Oksana’a Mother let Mel stay over night with the baby while she was in Russia.
Why did she praise Mel so highly in Russia for giving her the opportunity to release her Album? Saying they would remain good friends.
Just because Mel was arrested 5 years ago does not diver anyone the right to find him guilty. The media have jumped on the bandwagon here, It seems to me one side is keeping quite and doing what the judge ordered and the other keeps leaking stuff out through the media.
And another thing If Oksana was respected and had people who spoke well of her May be I would believe it, But she has never, ever had any credibility, he lies on her face book pages, her past history, I have looked up and absolute;y no one except her Mother has anything Nice to say about her. Going back to when she arrived in the UK people whom employed her then didn’t have nice things to say about her.
Don’t get me wrong there are true victims out there of violence and yes if guilty should be punished, But there are also some women out there who claim Battered woman syndrome, make up and tell lies to try and get an unfair advantage.
Over here in our Media there are also claims that She threatened Mel’s wife and son, Followed Robyn.
I find it strange that Radoronline is the only one with all this so called proof against Mel Gibson, as far as I know they are not and never have been credible.

It is weird because I have always had a bad feeling about Mel Gibson going back to Braveheart when the anti-semetic comments came I had that sinking feeling now this stuff coming out again not a surprise. What does sadden me is all the women out there who think he somehow deserves to be defended just because Oksana is not an innocent Lily. I am actually not surprised that Mel admitted to hitting Oksana. His lawyer only denied that Mel PUNCHED Oksana. The details matter. Mel’s unnamed insiders didn’t deny to People Magazine last Friday that he struck Oksana either. Instead they said what happened was because of Lucia — they said Oksana was out of control and shaking the baby. It’s curious that Oksana said she held Lucia in her hands rather than her arms, because you shake a baby with your hands. I bring up the possibility of baby shaking not because I necessarily believe it, but only to show that it is unfair to jump to conclusions based on one-sided, rumored evidence. People on this thread have said that absolutely nothing excuses domestic violence. That is true, but a violent reaction is more understandable if the woman is post-partum and hurting the baby.
Angelika brings up the point of why a loving mother would endanger her child by continuing to play the happy couple with a violent abuser. That’s a good question considering that Oksana made these recordings BEFORE granting Mel 50/50 custody in mediation in May. If Mel had paid her off we would be hearing none of this.
RE: the “editing” argument, re: the “how do we know he really said any of this” argument.
As has been noted on previous posts regarding these recordings, to me the most damning proof is not the alleged recordings that Radar has allegedly heard. The most damning thing is, Mel’s people have not denied it – at least, I’ve not seen a denial. They were quick to deny the allegations when they were only allegations but they haven’t countered that the tapes are doctored. Why would they delay in making such a counter-claim unless the tapes are accurate?
No publicist is so lax as to sit back and let their client be smeared like this. Until THEY come forward and say, “These tapes are fake, these tapes are doctored” then it looks a hell of a lot like the tapes are for real.
And interestingly, the Guardian has an article here that alleges that the tapes are from Oksana’s voicemail. In which case, as I understand it, they may indeed be admissible in court, as anyone leaving a message on an answerphone does know they’re being recorded.

The complete absense of public proof still bothers me. Selected individual in a single outlet is allowed to listen to an excerpt and a report. The photos around Jan. 6 don’t match. And total BS about this chick being afraid to call the cops-the same cops who busted him before after insulting the officers. They’d love the chance.

And for the non-legals out there, it is a wate of time and effort to issue denials when you take the position there’s a non-event and it’s in litigation. Sort of like trying to answer “Do you still beat your child”.
As far as the tapes being inadmissable it will depend on California law. Most states have laws that indicate in a personal dispute if one of the individuals knows that they are being taped (ie. I am taping you, it is my own recording and not one that has been professionally monitored or set) then it is admissable. In the situation of business transactions then both parties must acknowledge that they realize they are being recorded.
It depends on the Statute of the state in question. The fact that thetapes are already “out there” makes them the most damning.
Mel is toast. He really has been since the ‘sugar tits’ incident. Shame as I really thought he was amazing looking back in the day.

Oksana and Mel are both slimy for different reasons, but in the court of public opinion Mel is deservedly going to the slammer. Like other celebs, some will favour him because of money, which is sickening. I’ve boycotted Mel Gibson, Sean Penn, Polanski and now Brolin. I hate that 3/4 of them have Oscars given how they have treated women/girls. And I’m extra sad when women defend these jerks.
First of all Mel is manic depressive and she got a ride on his manic phase and now she experienced his depressive phase. She’s lucky he didn’t pull a Robert Blake on her. She wouldn’t be arouind to complain.

FYI, for those of you stating wait till the trial to pronounce his guilt, this is a gossip site!! This is not a judicial trial! Even if it was a trial, there is no guarantee of completely fair and open proceedings because of so many loopholes and technicalities in American law, many facts about a defendant would be inadmissible as prejudicial. The jury would not be allowed to hear that Mel threatened to rape Oksana and burn down her house. The jury wouldn’t be presented with evidence of Mel’s alcohol abuse and racism. Most of the tapes would probably be inadmissible if he didn’t have a reasonable expectation of being recorded. So, in a jury trial, it would be her word against his. Given that it would be almost impossible to find a jurist in America that is unaware of Mel Gibson, his celebrity would already be a taint in the minds of the jury and tilt the verdict in his favor. Not to mention that even on the slim chance that he would be found guilty, he would not get any jail time, only probation, community service and maybe anger management courses. There have been cases where men have been convicted of assaulting and/or raping and/or damn near killing their wives and they have walked away with little or no jail time. So, what’s the incentive for stepping into the criminal justice system with a case like this? There are several reasons that over 80% of rape victims don’t go to the police or agree to go to trial to face their attackers:
1) Their lives, reputations, well-being would be put on trial by the defense attorney, but there are several laws that would prevent the same damning evidence from being presented about the defendant (i.e. if a man has not been previously convicted of a rape, any previous accusations and/or arrests against him for rape would be inadmissible), but the defendant’s attorney could ask the victim how many men she’s been intimate with, etc.
2) There would be many people (like on here) who would blame the victim for the attack
3) The conviction for the assault could carry little to no jail time.
I don’t care if a woman is walking down the strip of a Red Light district in lingerie at 2am alone, drunk and a mean person who has been known to use people. She doesn’t deserve to be sexually assaulted, no one does.
In the same vein, even if Oksana is a gold-digger and is not a nice person, she does not deserve physical and verbal abuse, no one does!

So, my original question still stands, why is it Ok to demean Oksana’s character without the existence of court-approved evidence, but not Mel? So many posters have stated that Oksana probably doctored the audio, she probably threatened/followed his ex-wife/kid(s), she probably shook their child, etc., etc. But, to state that Mel is an alcoholic, racist, hate-filled abuser is supposedly unfair because their hasn’t been a trial to prove it! That’s rich when he has been recorded by police while spewing hatred, he’s been noted in interviews as using hate-filled words against women and homosexuals and now there appears to be another tape with him being verbally abusive and admitting being physically abusive, but let’s wait for the trial before we talk about it?

I dont believe mel ever laid a hand on her, despite the evidence on the so-called tapes. It just doesnt fit. She sounds like shes recording her part of it in her recording studio, we all know she has one. Then she records Mel going over lines from movies coming up, or over the phone or just being crazy drunk in his bedroom and has someone crop those into this bogus tape that everyone believes 100 % happened. These tapes are so clearly doctored and manipulated. But unfortunately they are done with the intent to “Incite” “Excite” the imagination. They imply more than they confirm. There is not way I believe what she is alleging is the truth. We all know if you remove somethings from a story it can be spun to take on a whole new meaning. How many times are we manipulated in purchases by ACCENTING certain things about a product while leaving out the fine print. Or everything we say is true in it’s own content but not necessarily is each statement true relating to the other statements we choose. I can’t believe the american public as intelligent as we are and as educated as we have become in this day in age, that we fall for this over and over again.
I don’t believe Mel caused her tooth issues, I don’t believe Mel would harm his child or her. He’s mad and hurt and upset. How many women out there that have be played by a player have done worse than cussing in a drunken state for being betrayed?
