I do like the "really appreciate that" comment. One of the generals shot down the draft from a practical standpoint (never mind the political uproar)--he claimed it takes so much training to learn to fight with today's equipment that a high-turnover-drafted army wouldn't be at all helpful. One thing I have an issue with in this blog is the use of African American. She is an American From Texas, not Africa. I think we create more separation between cultures when we use "politically correct" BS. Color (black, white, yellow, red, brown) doesn't even need to be mentioned. When are whites going to insist on being called Anglo-Aryan-Saxon-Americans? It's just ridiculous. I can’t stand those shows.
