Absolute wonders... but with out me eating right... it wont make me THIN. I wish I had a personal chef! lol. It'd make things easier. Its also hard to diet on a REALLY tight budget. Diet products- bars and shakes- are expensive. and so are salads etc when you're eating out. Living in NYC makes it hard not to eat out! WAH!
