Does 'watery fat' actually exist? I would have thought it was either water or fat. Lose a lot of weight fast in a short period then you could be losing more water than fat. I hope they didn't lose any muscle mass. They look good, lets hope it's maintainable. For their own sakes. I am so incredibly happy for all of them, they have truly gotten their lives back. I commend them for sticking with it and losing all that excess weight. And to Bellatrix, when you are as heavy as those people were, it's perfectly fine to drop that much weight over a few months (as they did) because they are losing lots of watery fat that goes away fairly quickly as soon as you start working out. If you aren't really heavy, losing weight really fast means something is wrong because you aren't supposed to.
