Call me crazy, but I think Cameron looks good. For her. She looks good, for her. Is it particularly age-appropriate? Eh. She’s 37 years old, and she still has great legs, and this Bottega Veneta dress, while still classified as “mini” isn’t really a vadge-flasher.
Anyway, these are photos of Camy and Tom Cruise at the Munich premiere of Knight and Day yesterday. Camy gave it up with trying to slouch and look like she wasn’t a giantess hovering over Tom, and now she seems to be wearing heels. She must have been like, “Damn, Tom, everyone knows you could fit in my pocket, and my back hurts. F-ck it.” HuffPo is also noting the somewhat strange raw-edged detailing on the side of the dress that makes it appeal like she wrapped herself in a sheet. She loves dresses that look like origami, for some reason. This isn’t her first. She maybe she’s just phoning it in, style-wise? The fit seems particularly strange around the waist:
Also, photographers really got some closeups… and I’m happy to say that Camy isn’t ‘Toxed to within an inch of life. This is a girl who likes the sun and doesn’t give a sh-t. That being said, her skin looks pretty good - no breakouts for this European tour, so maybe she’s got a skincare system that’s working for her!

that close up of her skin shows that she doesn’t have much make up on besides her eye make up, and her skin looks remarkably better than I’ve seen it.
I like the dress, but I’d like it better without that ruffle/thing on the side.

Tom really likes his blue shirts. That close up of Cameron is really rough! I guess anyone would look awful too with such a close shot as that! Sometimes technology can be so unforgiving.

Gah, she’s got to stop with the power-tanning, her skin looks like my leather luggage. Also, excessive sunning causes breakouts so if girlfriend wants dewy skin, she has to use sunscreen and not bake herself. I’m almost 60 and I have younger looking skin than that!

Why is it ok to wear black eye liner without little/no eye shadow? I never thought that looked good. It stands out in a bad way, and just makes your eyes looks odd. Is it just me?

Yikes, that dress looks like she bought it at H&M. Not that H&M is a bad place to shop but I shop there on my cashier’s wages and tips. She’s making millions per movie and she couldn’t get a dress that looked like it cost more that $40?

I’ve heard she’s one of the nicest celebrities in Hollywood so I don’t have it in me to bash her. She looks good and is aging gracefully. At least she isn’t paying boatloads of money to look like a Disney villainess.

Question, what is the cut-off age for short skirts?
I ask because I just turned 36 a couple of weeks ago and I happened to pull on a mini for my birthday. About 5 seconds later I looked at hubby and asked “Is 36 too old for a mini-skirt?” Of course, he had no idea LOL

Cam does alot of excercise - she’s a pretty active person.
I think the cutoff for miniskirt is when you no longer have the body to pull it off and not look pathetic. So if you’re 37 with great legs, go for it like Cam.

love the dress, but I think they pinned the skirt too much to make her bum stand out… the whole line and the fabric look meant for a very different fit, cocktail dress-like.

I can’t help the fact that I like CD her movies mostly suck but she is a genuine California party girl who enjoys her money and fame without apologies or desperation. I like the fact that she isn’t going for the plastic surgery, she has alot of confidence in herself and it shows.
As for the dress I like the belt and the skirt but the top part is weird.

She can still pull off a tight, mini dress. Her body is amazing. Having said that, the dress in the runway was much better. It was longer and looser and I’d prefer it if she hadn’t made these changes.

I think the dress is OK - not the greatest, but she can pull it off - she’s skinny with awesome long legs. On someone short-waisted and chunky with short legs, though, quel desastre! (I’m looking at you, Jessica Simpson!)
I think her face looks great, actually - yes, she is showing her age, but I really like her without so much makeup. In fact, it looks like she’s only wearing bronzer and a little bit of eye makeup. SOOOO much more flattering than full-on Kardashian-face.

Well, she’s a person who has always done what she wants to do and for that, including her choice of dresses, I admire that. BUT, no I don’t like it. We all know she’s nice and thin - don’t have to dress in something that looks like a band aid to prove it.

I like the dress, a little tight but she is in great shape and appears to be taking much better care of her skin now. In person i was rather taken aback at how unattractive Cameron really is but she has great energy and a good personality and that goes a long way.

Um, amazing is a bit of a stretch, and ‘as always’ is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy a stretch for her.
She looks good, for her.And, I would LOVE to see her in a different style-not black eye makeup, and not a mini with heels. keep the dress it’s original length, dress conservatively with her hair up-just to see…and she will realize she doesn’t have to ‘almost slut it up’ on every red carpet. Her sex appeal is not her only thing…she has genuine appeal, girl next door appeal-people like her, so there’s no need to show off her legs in every pic.
Sure, if you’ve got it, flaunt it, but leave something to the imagination, too. I mean, give us a break for awhile, so we’ll appreciate it when we see it again. you know?

If there is one thing obvious about Cruise. He likes his women taller than him.
Nicole and Katie are both a good 3 inches taller than him… so he obviously does not have issues with it. He always stands there all proud with them towering over him.

Eek! That close up is horrible. It should be made into a poster about anti-tanning. Any more sun, and she’ll probably develop a melanoma.
I picture Cameron as the type of actress, who, at the age of 50, will be just as ‘classy’ as Sylvester Stallone’s mother, wearing minis just for her vanity and deluded idea that she is ‘all that’.
I’m amazed that Cameron has an acting career. She is Cameron in every film she is in. -
Am I the only one who thinks her hair looks horrible? She’s too old for that no-style hairstyle, that’s for sure.
Juliet, I quit wearing minis at 36. My legs are still good, but when your kids hit junior high it’s not appropriate.

I don’t like the dress, but she still has a great figure. I never like anything she wears - I think she has horrible fashion sense. The closeup was painful - looks like she had a long night or a long week - she needs a little less sun and a trip to the spa.

The body is natural and sick but the face? No sir! It’s a face that begs to be asked, skinny vs pretty. Pretty every time! At this rate in ten years she’s gonna look like Don Knots!
