she was crossing her legs! just cause its a picture of her halfway there doesn’t mean she was in that position for long! Why do people blame HER and not the paps who are pointing their cameras there on purpose. Shutter speeds are SO fast she probably was only in that position for a split second.

What I’d like to know (and have never had adequately answered by anyone) is how in the hell this is legal. You hear all the time about some perv getting arrested for putting cameras in women’s toilets, or attaching cameras to their shoes, ect. How is it any different for a ‘professional’ photographer to lay on the ground by someone’s car and try to take these shots?
I don’t want any of that ‘it’s an accident’ bullshit either. I took more than two years of photography and I know enough to know that you have to try pretty hard to get that angle, it’s not just gonna happen on accident.
The paparazzi in general seem to be skirting legality, if anyone ever chose to actually challenge it in court. I mean, if some guy just follows a random girl around taking pictures he can be charged with stalking, but you can do it to a celebrity – who in legal terms is no different from you or I.

Gone are the days when girls were taught all this from a very early age but I bet right now she’s at home practicing so she won’t embarrass herself like this again.

I think this is most probably an accident. The bag was definitely put there as a protection. And the fabric of that dress seems very slippery.
Funnily, what bothers me the most in that picture is that horrible match of cute dress + panties (yay, that’s a new feature for female celebrities) + rings + anything but classy Swatch look-a-like watch.

Maybe she is slightly tipsy and doesn’t realise how far up her skirt is – but give the girl a break, it’s her birthday!
Normally noone would have seen anything – she’s sitting in a car and it’s dark outside.

My mom and grandmother insisted I know how to do all of the fancy stuff, and every once in a while, it pays off. Getting out of a car in a skirt is tricky, to say the least, but women my age and older know how to do it without dangling our bits. Even (and especially) under the influence.
Grace and class are so uncommon amongst the girls who get their pictures taken, you’d think if it was your chosen career to be photographed, you’d know the rules.
Regardless, I had a few drunken days when I was her age that I certainly wouldn’t want to read about on the internet. I’m not without sympathy, more just shaking my fist at the decline of society.

I think it’s an accident. Things like this happen sometimes when your wearing a skirt or dress (and she was wearing undies). I think she’s the type of girl to drink a bit and have fun but in moderation. I highly doubt she’s going to go off the rails like Paris and Lindsay and even comparing her to them is stupid. I have a good opinion of Emma and small mishaps like this happen.

Of course it was an accident. I bet Emma was a bit tipsy and didn’t think about that because she hadn’t been harassed by the crotch police (the paps). Now she knows that these pervs will be aiming for her nether parts because she’s now “legal”.
It happens to the best of us. Except for Lindsay, Paris and all those sluts who were in fact WITHOUT underwear wearing mini skirts, besides they are professionals in the art of whoring your snatch for cash. THAT makes a lot of difference.

She just got a lecture from her bankers about the value of keeping her rep clean. Plus Warner Brothers would be pretty mad if she started doing this kind of stuff deliberately all the time.
She never dresses skankily, and she goes to a few events, but doesn’t show up to every party under the sun.

Publishing articles like this is the reason why the paparazzi go out and take these pictures. It’s a petty reason to write an article and it’s hardly reporting if you’re writing whatever gets the most readers. It’s about a photo you didn’t even take so try thinking next time.

I think its the most sadest thing imaginable, her own are after her, its not her fault, we’ve never seen Miss Watson Naked or Nude or sex posing. Thats completly unexceptable, photographer must be charged, I mean dont you have anything else to do instead of taking nude or naked shots, she’s hardly 18 yet and they are finding a way to show her naked/nude, I’m very sorry to say and its not legal to comment like this but that asshole photographer is pushing me to say this I hate u(photographer) and i think others aswell. I don’t blame Emma Watson for drinking more than usual, I don’t blame her for the upskirt pictures, But she put semi-sheer undies on when she was sober-minded and this is her and only her fault. But it is still up to her if she’ll use it as a lesson or as the ticket to the adult club.

i personally believe that there should besome sort of petition for a ban on taking intrusive and a law against taking shots of nude/naked people without consent from the person. also i believ that all pictures of questionable content that were taken without the subject’s consent must also be removed from the net. now the chances of this are very very improbable, but still, it is and would be the right thing to do.

if someone wants to have an explicit picture put on the net of them, it’s their choice. if someone gets a picture taken of them without their consent, then it should be destroyed and removed from the internet. it’s sites like these, unintentionally making the mess bigger by posting these kinds of pictures. some other person comes by, takes the picture, puts it on their own site, and then it spreads horrendously fast. the paparazzi that took this picture probably only sold it to one company, and everyone else just copy and pasted it onto their site. the politically correct thing to do here would be to delete the explicit picture, or to contact emma and ask if she intentionally planned on this happening. if she did, keep it. in any other circumstance, delete the picture, and encourage other places to do the same. why spread the wildfire? emma has many devoted fans, and by the looks of her she wouldnt do something like this. even when a little drunk. if perverts want a porn picture, then they can close their eyes and dream on.

I don’t know about British laws but here in America she could press charges against the man/woman who took this photo. This is the equivalent to rape in this country and it should not be tolerated. Yes I have had a crush on the poor girl for years but even I am sickened by the lengths these people go to in order to ruin the reputations of those in the public eye. Since when is it acceptable to dig through peoples personal lives? If someone is caught doing this to the average citizen they are charged so what makes her different?
There are those who say she chose to let these people invade her life by becoming a star and they have to want to go through this to do movies and music but I say that these people just wish to use their talents to bring pleasure to others and that does not give anyone the right to invade their personal lives or their personal space.
