Definitely a big pucker.Was it a fortnight ago her baby bump was a little less than nothing? Strange. Makes me think of Bree on Desperate Housewives

Were her lips ‘done’ or is that just her version of ‘preggers fat-face’? I think she looks beautiful.
It’s a shame folks are giving her noise about not having a huge belly - women carry differently and she’s so tall and slender, I’m not surprised it’s a little bump.

I don’t think having a small bump during pregnancy is a bad thing at all, in fact I hope when I have kids someday that I am as lucky as Nicole was during the first 6 months!

Something just isn’t right with her but since Tom is off his damn rocker, she gets a pass by default. Whatever.

Maybe she didn’t want to take the massive flight to austrailia ride while preggers (probably a high risk preggers too).
She does look pretty. I think the dress she wore two weeks ago was VERY flattering and probably minimized her bump more than we realize.
I actually hope i have a nice size bump. I don’t wanna be homer simpson but I hope i show!

Heart surgery doesn’t always involve cracking open someone’s chest. There are several far less drastic
procedures depending on the condition addressed.
Every time I’ve been pregnant my lips got larger along with everything else.
Nicole has rarely looked better. Agree about the red
hair though. -
Ditto on red hair although I thnk this is the best she’s looked in a long time. Extra facial weight really suits her, makes her look much fresher and younger. Stop the botox!

Puh-LEEZ, that lip is definitely not from pregnancy! Wonder if she’ll chill on the vanity once she brings her little bundle of joy into the world? Probably not. And I agree with the others about the hair - piss yellow is not attractive, go back to the red.
Having said all that mean stuff, let me balance that by adding that I just saw “Margot at the Wedding” and thought her performance was inspired. She was excellent. Good movie.

One of my closest friends had huge lips during her pregnancy. Very full and everybody would wonder if she had some work done (which, obviously, seemed completely wrong as she was with child). People would talk behind her back all the time and I felt so sorry for her as she was genuinly doing her best to be as healthy as possible for her baby (plus, she never considered any “lip work”).
She also had a very tiny bump until somewhere in her 7th month.
I can truly believe the lips are from the hormones as I’ve seen it happen before.

It will be sad to see that all that Botox has had a developmental effect on her child.

I am glad Nicole is working on such a good cause. The People site quotes her as saying “one in three women will encounter violence in some way, shape or form against them in their lifetime. That’s an extraordinary statistic. Yet do we ever hear it?”
Also, length of hospital stay depends on the surgery done. For angioplasty, I think you can get discharged the same day. The operation where they open up the chest is the big one, hopefully he didn’t need that.

I agree that lips (and other areas) can be enhanced profoundly by hormones. (My body went nuts during both pregnancies.) But I’m afraid Nicole has the unmistakable “trout pout” that only a syringe can bestow.

Those lips are the result of an injectible filler, not hormones people. She’s been having them plumped for a couple of years now at least.
As for Anotonia Kidman winning an Astra award I gotta say it must’ve been really slim pickings. The girl is wooden and uninspired at best.

She does look good…except for the blond extensions coiled on her shoulders like snakes! You can totally see they are a different color yellow from her own yellow hair.

I’m wondering why her forehead isn’t showing wrinkles and her eyebrows don’t lift. That’s what happens when your botox starts to wear away. Yes I get botox and admit it. I am wondering how she is still looking so great w/o cosmetic treatment?

ps, looks as though she’s had artefill around her mouth/cheeks to take away lines. Looks good. I do notice wrinkles on her forehead in other pics but to me it seems there is still a bit of work there.

i’m not saying it’s one way or another, but the light ends of her hair could be bleaching from sun–i have long (natually occuring) auburn hair and some of my ends are bordering on blond.

oh, come now, she does not have a trout pout. Far from it. Trout pout comes from too much filler along the sides. Looks to me like she just had some fat removed from somewhere and injected into the middle. Looks flattering on her as she had thin lips before. She’s gorge.
