If you have a drill sargeant bitching at you, I'm sure it *will* motivate you to lose weight so soon. Then everyone goes back to reality. I've lost a few pounds just eating what I like in small portions, and I feel great. I work out for an hour daily. It really doesn't need to be as drastic as gnawing on celery, exercising 70 hours a week, and feeling miserable.
