Look another hamsa! It must be happy hamsa day! Aaannd I’m a giant dork. Moving along…
Didn’t she have insane workout routine back in the day? I seem to remember reading that she did some ridiculous amount of crunches then too. If I had a shef & a personal trainer to get my butt in gear (and of course the time & money for it all) I’d be itty bitty
I wonder if they let her take breaks for her kids?

Yes, Bodhi, another hamsa…
Although I’m a sucker for her sword/dagger necklace.I also believe she used to have a crazy workout plan on daily basis. She hasn’t got the kind of body that is naturally very slim. And her “best” feature at the time were her abs. So the 1000 crunches doesn’t seem impossible to me.
I’m already happy that homegirl is now wearing some fake nails and has, what I call, “social hair” (hair you can show in society without scaring people).
Let’s hope she isn’t going to fall back into an excessive style of life which would, in the end, have enormous negative effects. -
1000 crunches isn’t that bad. You just break it up during the day and its not bad at all. 100 here 50 there … etc. Crunches are great but you want killer abs do pilates and yoga… Planks and resistance work has done amazing things to my abs.

Britney has always had a bangin body so it shouldn’t be long before it is very close to looking like before. She needs this to get there and I for one believe in her. GO BRITNEY!!!!
-
brit used to do 1000 crunches a day back in the day, so that’s nothing new. after she had spf she worked out twice a day.
-
Nothing will help her. Poor kid…ah, I mean, mom.

If she can get hot again look for Kevin Federdouche to be back in the picture…and it does offend me that he has my first name.

It sounds kinda like boot camp, which doesn’t seem like the worst thing that could happen to Brit. No wonder we haven’t seen much of her….
Seriously, mental illness aside, it seems like this girl needs a lot of structure and discipline in her life right now. This seems like a pretty difficult program, but maybe it’s just what she needs to get her priorities back in order. Plus, if she pulled it off and kept it up without going batshit again, I think I’d be pretty impressed with her stamina.

I think for any normal person (not a celebrity), this plan would definitely backfire! I mean, we have jobs, school, etc. Britney HAS to do this for her job…so I think she can do it. Her job depends on this.

I think she looks cute in that header pic. Miss you britney!

on her worst day I’d still prefer hearing about her than hagdonna ANY DAY. such a COLD calculating…words escape me.

Here’s a page from her program:
8AM BINGE
9AM PURGE
10AM BINGE
11AM PURGE
12 GET F*CKED A TOTAL STRANGER (TELL NO ONE)
1PM CHEETOS AND TV -
I think that this is the best type of regime for someone like Britney with an all or nothing personality.

I think I remember way back in grade school (or maybe high school) at the height of her belly baring career, she claimed to have worked out and did crunches 1000 times a day. So perhaps this is just her going back to her old work out routine?
-
Somebody mentioned structure and discipline but you know who needs them more than Brit? the crack-ho Wino! that girl is such a mess even the Pope wont be able to help. I think Britney is Queen of England compared to her.
-
1000 crunches/day sound about right for the body she’s attempting to attain. She claimed to adore crunches and was doing 1000/day back in the day, as biq said. I remember they did a feature on her exercise routine on Entertainment Tonight or Access Hollywood–maybe in the early 2000s?.

working out 3 times a day is possible, if you don’t have a regular job. It doesn’t say for how long each time, but even if it’s for 2 hours each, thats only 6 hours. Most working stiffs (like myself) work at least 8 hours a day, sometimes 10. You would break it up from say 8-10 am. then 1-3 pm, and maybe 6-9 pm. Especially if you didn’t havfta take care of your kids, which she doesn’t. Or take care of anything most normal people do. Cooking, cleaning, etc. I’m just saying she doesn’t have it that bad

This just sounds like another type of excess. The eating plan doesn’t sound too bad, although there aren’t that many details, but the workout plan is excessive and sounds like a good way to get injured.
