Doesn’t sound too hard– just need the will power! I think Britney looks great & I’m proud of her for getting herself back– naturally! Dancing isn’t a walk in the park… + 1,000 crunches + nutrition… I can easily see how she achieved her body!! Good job, Britney!

That’s great for her and all, and I’m actually happy to see her lose weight and look pretty, but from a realistic perspective?

I can’t afford a trainer. I can’t eat six meals a day, not because it’s not enough, but because I feel it’s *too much*.

Back in my pre-beached whale days, I was on the one meal a day diet. Hey, the weight stayed off for three years…

go Britney!! kudos to her for trying to clean up her act…i have 2 small kids and i’m totally jealous of her killer bod! i know how hard it is to get back in shape(if i had her trainer and chef i’m sure i could look like that though)
