According to Egotastic, these photos are outtakes from Jennifer Aniston’s photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar. I am unsure if the outtakes are from this September’s shoot (in which she paid homage to Babs), or from a previous shoot, like maybe last year or something. I don’t know, Aniston does a lot of Bazaar covers, so your guess is as good as mine. I do have one question though – what is happening in the above photo? There’s a weird thing happening with her pit and the top of her left boob. I don’t see any straps or anything that could be tugging her skin that way, it’s the weirdest thing. Does Aniston have alien pits? Oh, and yes, those are nipple shadows. Much like Amy Winehouse, we’ve seen it all before!
Anyway, Hollywood Life has a story about Jennifer refusing to ever do television work again. Which, if it’s true, kind of sucks. Jennifer did some of her best work on television, and some of the most creative and talented people in the industry have found great homes in television. But Hollywood Life’s sources claim that Jennifer sees herself as Miss Movie Star:
This is terrible news! Jen has put her sitcom past behind her – which means she won’t be appearing with best Friend Courteney Cox on Cougar Town! Are you ready for some bad news, BFFs? Jennifer Aniston is NOT going to be making a small screen comeback as reported!
Sadly, an insider tells us that Jen is dunzo with TV. “Jen wants to stay in movies,” an insider on the set of her new film, Horrible Bosses, tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
Although she recently told Extra that she’d “do anything” for BFF Courteney Cox including – when pushed – appear on her show, Cougar Town, the source tells us that isn’t the truth and she was simply being nice for the purpose of the interview.
“There’s been a lot of talk about her appearing on Cougar Town lately, but she says it isn’t going to happen because she’s too busy and wants to stay in film.” Our source hastens to add, “It’s nothing against Courteney at all – she just wants to remove herself from TV.”
But we LOVED Jen as a television actress – especially as Rachel Green on Friends; she was also hilarious as Jack Donaghy’s stalker on 30 Rock.

Call me crazy, but I don’t actually think this true. I mean, sure, I’ll buy that Aniston wants to put herself out there as “too good” for television, but I think if she got a strong offer from a good show, she would probably take it. Maybe she just doesn’t want to do Cougar Town? If that’s the case, I completely understand. Although many would give Aniston credit for showing up for her BFF, in my opinion Cougar Town is a f-cking train wreck and everyone involved should be embarrassed. So is Aniston just trying to be polite by telling Courteney, “Uh, I’m just really into my movie career right now, thanks”?

Aniston is pretty toned, so I am guessing that little pit thing is just the result of her having taunt skin. Aniston is moving, running in these shots so its creating the pulling of her taunt skin. It happens. LOL which is why we never see action stills from her. The nipple shadow or what I had assumed was the top of her nipple made me gag. Blah!!!!
Aniston clearly doesn’t just wanna be a TV actress. Aniston wants to be A-list and she wants to be a movie actress. What actor wants to be caught in the TV trap? Realistically you either want the TV career Aniston had, if you are forced to do TV, or you want a movie career thats on fire. Hard hard transition from TV actor to big screen star. Aniston has played one person for 10 years. To this day even in films she still plays the same person, Rachel.

Im a huge Jen fan, I don’t believe this story..I think she will do whatever she wants, tv..movies whatever…shes earned the right. I loved her on Friends, and Thirty Rock,…I also love most of her movies..Rock Star was one of my favorites…

I will never understand why actors who got their start on television and owe their popularity to television, look down their noses at ever working in the medium again once they decide to be a “movie star”.
Jennifer Aniston is a good actress, but many of the people who go see her movies remember her from “Friends”. Would she still be as popular if she had never done that television show?

She has an amazing body. I can see why these were out takes, but it’s just camera angle, not her own self.
All right, I’m going to bash her for just a moment. I think if you removed her personal history she just wouldn’t be getting the jobs she’s getting. And if her movies don’t start making more money she’s screwed. She’s not as young as Katherine Heigl, she’s not as witty as Julia Roberts, and she’s not as well-loved as Sandra Bullock.
I wish she would do more independent work. I really enjoyed “Friends with Money.” She was genuinely good in that. And I’ve heard that “Office Space” was also good. I think she really can act, despite crap movies like “The Bounty Hunter.” If she let go of her ego a little and allowed herself to appear a little less than perfect onscreen she might be more interesting to watch.

I agree with your post and especially about her doing more independent movies, I enjoyed her in Office space and friends with money as well and thought her acting was natural and believable.
I am so tired of seeing her be slight variations of the same character in all her movies & I think her stagnant choice in acting gigs has a big part in why she gets the judgments on her person that seem to stick to her no matter what she says to the contrary ..
It seems like only her right boob is pancaked, the other one looks nipply but normal. She does have awesome arms though.

Those are sort of weird pics. I find it hard to believe they got past her camp these days, outtakes or not. I’m sure it’d be an interesting dress photographed still, but it doesn’t look good moving.
As for the quote, it looks like something someone got a little hysterical with and it was pumped up even more. She never said she wanted to remove herself from TV, a “source” said she sounded ambivalent about coming back to appear on Cougar Town, then this anonymous “insider” said she was too busy, then ramped it up to the the “remove herself from TV” quote.
She’s said a lot about wanting to move on to producing and directing too. If it’s true that she doesn’t want to go back to television, it may not that she thinks it’s beneath her, but maybe that she just has other goals?

I love cougar town and I believe this story is a big fat lie. JA is moved by the money and if she gets offered enough she’ll do anything. She’s an actor and that means being on sale for the highest bidder.

If true she is making a big mistake, I think if she wants to do more than mommy roles in 10 years she will follow the lead of Glen Close and Sally Field both A list in their day and do a tv show or at least an HBO movie

I don’t think you can compare Aniston to Glenn Close and Sally Field, who are both Oscar-nominated actresses. Aniston just isn’t confident or talented enough to take on roles that challenge her carefully-crafted persona, or mess up her looks. I actually think she has the potential to be more daring, but she so rarely strays from cheesy rom-coms (some of which are fun, but not exactly meaty), and her old Rachel mannerisms, that I doubt she’ll ever be nominated for an Oscar.

Those photos make her look too toned, the chest area looks body-builderish, but normally I would say she has one of the best bodies in Hollywood.
I hated Cougar Town at first but got bored at work and was watching it online, and it grows on you. It’s quirky for sure.

actually, i agree, she WAS good in friends with money. my husband and I both thought ‘wow, that was the best we’ve ever seen her’….as far as acting. and neither of us are particularly fans at all. we’re neutral.
And the office? c’mon-she WAS good in that-hilarious movie and she was great.
she does comedy well, but not rom-com. i wish she would study steve martin and lily tomlin and do more comdey in the indie style.
anyway, she should be thanking brad pitt-b/c marrying him catapulted her and still does to this day. sure, friends was huge-but no other friends star has seen a huge movie transition-a few bit parts maybe…but overall, it was her leverage early on in her ‘star marriage’ that really cemented her A list success and appeal…b/c she was ‘exposed’ practically 24/7, with no doubt highly paid PR people behind the scenes.

I think she wants to have the same kind of A-list status Angelina Jolie has, and that will never happen now. AJ has pulled too far ahead. And AJ comes across as a much more interesting person, not just more talented, but more depth as well.

I remember at the Golden Globes–Ricky Gervaise introduced her as “Rachel.” The camera cut to her face and boy was she pissed! But, I agree, I don’t see her as anything more than Rachel. I’ve watched her movies, and she never strays that far from the same expressions. I always feel like she’s phoning it in. There’s just no depth or real pull to her acting. It’s like she’s telling herself “look cute and loveable” for every take. I don’t get the appeal, but hey, she still has fans so go figure.

JA should go back to TV. She fit best there and it also means that she can stay looking the way she does all the time without the need to look different for different characters, since she wears the same hair etc in every movie she does, which actually detracts from the characters and they all start to blend into each other. All you see is JA and not the character she is supposed to be portraying.
You can only play the cutesy girlfriend or wife for so long. I don’t see her as a character actress at all, which won’t help for any film career longevity, beyond what she is doing now.

This is obviously a false story. If this was true, Jennifer would put a stop to Cougertown throwing around her name every five seconds. Personally I don’t think Jennifer will ever be an A-list movie star. She’s not getting good scripts. If she is, she’s turning them down to do dumb stuff like Bounty Hunter. Too bad if true if Aniston wants to stay in movies only. She really pops out on television. I think if she went independent and did short-lived series, she could have a really interesting career. I don’t think she’s quite enough IT to be a full on, A-list movie star because she’s usually doing the same roles. If she branched out and played a variety of characters, did meatier stuff, then maybe. Now, I’d say she’s more of a A level celebrity than A level actress. Or…I don’t know, she’s top level actress in her genre maybe….but I just can’t put her on the same level as Emma Thompson, or Meryl Streep or what have you. Fakies they place either partially or wholy under chest muscles, hence the ‘shelf that never moves’ phenomenon. Of course if you got silis over the chest wall, they would bounce, but the seamed edges would be clearly visible under her arms on someone with as little body fat as JA.
