Alright, brotha is nervous talking in interviews about her. He’s using HER freakin’ ‘language’ (if you know Mariah, you know she’s got her own special phrases). Whatev, if she’s happy it’s all good.

I also think that if she Really Was Engaged then it would really be out in the open.. not being looked at as a rumor….

I WISH THEM THE BEST!!!!…….people have a concern the fact Mariah Carey is older than Nick Cannon….because if it was about age, u wouldn’t see some older man including celebs that act stupid, get arrested for drugs and drinking…..where is their sense of responsibility and maturity? Age doesn’t determine maturity, but rather experience in life does!
If they really love each other, then they must preserve that….and be able to keep marriage life separated from media life-their careers. -
Now we see that they actually DID get married. I think there’s her image & the real Mariah that people don’t see. Remember Witney’s IMAGE of squeakly clean POP princess years ago, but then she opened her mouth and people found out she really is ghetto. The same for Janet Jackson after dating only Latino guys, she finally got with Jermaine Dupri and is really happy. Both of them and Mariah now gravitate towards more R & B music and less POP stuff. I still think Nick will enjoy her fame & money for awhile then get tired of being Mr. Carey. She will try to play it down & save it for fear of embarassment. I think for once she decided to throw caution to the wind and follow her heart. She’s not completely silly since she got a prenup. Her best friend if Da Brat, what does that tell you about her!?!? She’s kinda ghetto even in the face of looking like a diva. Her clock is ticking and she wants kids. I’d still have to be concerned that Nick was engaged only 6 months ago! I think most men are intimidated by Mariah so you never heard about her having a real steady boyfriend. I hope we’re all wrong, and it works out for them! Six weeks just isn’t enough time to get beyond being infatuated and full of lust to see someone get on your last damn nerve and realize you still love them and could possibly spend the rest of your life with them. The first time he doesn’t jump, you’ll be able to feel the chill wherever you are on the planet. Her money & fame will keep him in line (and that stupid jumbotron tattoo on his back) & her fear of embarassment and “I told you so” will make her try hard to make it work (notice she got a prenup & her tattoo is on the small of her back, not noticeable).

Nick is a cool guy and Mariah is also sweet and talented. I hope Nick makes himself happy cause I know Mariah will demand her happiness,but,it just wont work.

I think just a publicity rumor, Mariah’s got a lot to promote after all. Just b/c Nick’s in 2 of her vids doesn’t mean anything; so was Wentworth Miller (sp?) and they weren’t dating.
Nick has an interesting track record: Christina Milian (and he dogged her out), Selita Ebanks (sp?), now Mariah? hmmm…And Mariah’s on a whole ‘nother level!
(still, while I think this unlikely, I also thought Hell No for Ray-J and Whitney Houston…so I guess you never know…)
