It's a good thing this actor doesn't work on Lost! CBS should insist any actor charged with breaking the law should go through counseling (in addition to whatever a judge gives them) before being allowed back to work any more CBS shows. The next time, they should be fired permanently. Actors and celebs that get away with stuff will continue to do it, just like bratty kids with crappy parents.
