Now you’ve gone and made me feel sorry for him because I know what he’s going through. Even though I’ve got brown hair, I’ve got pictures from when I was a teenager where I’m basically transparent or just a hazy white blob

Maybe for day-to-day photo-ops we should direct him to Jean-Paul Gaultier’s makeup range? – or even the godsend that is Perscriptives or Kiehl’s tinted moisturiser (not that I’m advertising them, but as I have proper Celtic colouring they’re the few brands that do pale non-yellow based foundations and tinted moisturisers )

Not to beleager a point but he left one theater to go to another and actually PERFORM. And with stage door afterwards makeup generally stays on until there’s time to remove it. Besides, that man is the whiteyish white that ever whited! Nothing short of spackle will be enough under stage lights. HA!
I personally have seen him without makeup and he’s translucent. His eyelashes are so light as to be blond, hence the dyed ones for stage.

Whatever. It’s not really a matter of national security or live and die for me…heh! Just thought I’d throw that out there.

Thanks for the info eh – but he is getting photographed with the thick warpaint on an awful lot lately – and I was sure it was usually customary to remove the makeup before leaving the theatre, especially if he had taken a shower after the performance? It’s not great for the skin, like.

He was made up for an on stage appearance at Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids; the picture is outside in full light. Anyone is gonna look overly made up. Ah, well, I don’t think he really gives a shit what anonymous peeps write anyway. He’s richer than us all, arguably more talented, and seems pretty committed to his causes. Whatevs.

Really, he’s a decent-looking chap if he stuck to matte or tinted moisturiser and a bit of powder at the most. Lord, even our ex-Taoiseach Bertie Ahern (stomping around Washington as we speak) never wore that much, and he spent thousands on the stuff every year!
