Britney is not unusual in that way. Anyone who rents to a celebrity should always get large security and damage deposits up front, which I'm sure Britney's landlord did. I wouldn't expect a celebrity to leave my property in pristine condition, because that is not their lifestyle. When they move out, you send in the cleaning crew and move on.
