Ever since Judge Marsha Revel recused herself from Lindsay Lohan’s ongoing legal drama, the word on the street is that Lindsay will be getting out of UCLA’s rehab facility much earlier than her sentence of 90 days. Dina Lohan took to the Today Show airwaves to make the initial pronouncement (something about “propaganda” and “hardball”), and then TMZ and Radar’s sources pretty much verified it. Now sources are saying that Lindsay’s new judge, Judge Elden Fox, is going to issue a “mystery ruling” today. If he’s just going to let Lindsay out of rehab early, how is that a mystery? A real surprise would be if Judge Fox actually gave Lindsay the “apology” and “compensation” she’s seeking. A real surprise would be if Judge Elden’s ruling was “Psych! You have to stay in rehab for a year, bitch.”

A mystery ruling in the ongoing court proceedings of troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan will be issued by Judge Elden Fox Tuesday afternoon, Los Angeles Superior Court officials said Monday.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley is slated to attend a probation modification hearing Wednesday, along with prosecutors in the case, in hopes of getting the Mean Girls star out of rehab early, as her doctors at UCLA Medical Center believe she does not need more than 30 days of treatment.

Lohan, 24, was sentenced by the first presiding judge in the case, Judge Marsha Revel, to serve 90 days in jail, followed by 90 days of rehab for probation violations stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction.

Lohan began serving her sentence July 20 at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California. After two weeks in custody, Lohan on August 2 was discharged from the CRDC early for good behavior and overcrowding, and taken directly to UCLA Medical Center to begin the rehabilitation stage of her sentence.

We’ll bring the “mystery” to you whenever it comes in. I hope it’s a good one! I’m still racking my brain trying to figure out what new and intense punishments could be in store for Lindsay – what else could a new judge do to her? Make it a condition of her probation that she cannot give any interviews? That would mean Lindsay would be out $1 million for her Crackhead Diaries! Also: Donald Trump now wants Lindsay… for Celebrity Apprentice. I hate to say it, but I would watch that sh-t. You know Lindsay would be a crackhead mess.

I’ll watch just about anything, but it would take a gun to my head to make me watch Lindsey Lohan in anything. If she is on The Apprentice, Donald Trump will make a huge (er) ass out of himself falling all over her and congratulating himself for “saving her career”, and then he’ll trot out White Oprah for special help for Lindsey and Oh Christ, it will be vomit worthy in the worst way.

Lindsey needs to go live in Europe for several years. Terrorize their tabloids for awhile.

  2. anoneemouse says:

Maybe it’s the apology she is looking for! How exciting! Barf.

  3. Hautie says:

Oh good grief… please keep her locked up for at least 45 days.

And I am still holding out hope this new Judge turns into her worst nightmare.

  4. Jazz says:

I am officially over this crackhead mess!

  5. Jo says:

let her out, but put her on probation for an entire year, complete with the bracelet.

One hint of drugs/alchol, and she has to complete the rest of her rehab in county jail.

If this was any normal person, they would have been in jail 3 years ago, and probably still there (for that drug infested carjacking incident)

  6. dread pirate cuervo says:

I hope Judge Foxy comes out with “off with her head!”

  7. Scarlet Vixen says:

I don’t see the big push to release her from rehab early. Even if she isn’t technically an ‘addict’ why not stay in treatment anyway? It certainly can’t hurt someone who’s been seriously self-medicating for years and tried rehab several times without success. It just seems to me that a ‘real’ rehab treatment could be at least insurance against any further drug or alcohol use. It’s not like she’s in some ‘One flew over the cuckoo’s nest’ kinda facility…

  8. Phat girl says:

Maybe the new judge will have the dexterity to do what’s right and force her into surgery to have all that lip collagen removed. So distracting.

  9. Ruby Red Lips says:

Pls don’t send her to Europe…

Problem is I am guilty of reading, commenting and would watch the Donald Trump show if she was in it – makes me one of the people who ensure she gets all the offers and stays in the public eye…

Dilema…it is the car crash effect

  10. Cam says:

Oh please please please, I hope the ‘surprise’ is: “You cannot give any more interviews, and you have to stay in rehab until everyone stops talking about all your drama and crackhead sh*t”. I know, i’m dreaming with my eyes open… oh well.

  11. Marie says:

@Marjalane, I agree whole heartedly, no way will I watch anything with Lohan in it.

  12. Obvious says:

hmmmm…i’m curious i will admit. and my question is how did no other rehab say she wasn’t addicted to anything? i tihnk she was, she weaned herself of, is tricking UCLA and will go right back to her shenanigans as soon as possible. and if she teams up with donald trump i can’t imagine the horror-the only thing worse you mask….Loha + dr. phil. *shudder* now THERE’S a match made in hell.

  13. bellaluna says:

Oh, the crackhead shenanigans that would ensue on Apprentice. Maybe the rest of the cast would “lose” her in the subway or something. I can dream, can’t I? 😛

  14. Strawberry says:

Hah! Nice one, phat girl! And maybe the doctor can also try to cure that weird fungus that’s growing on her fingernails in the first pic, poor girl….

  15. Innocent says:

Looks like Lindsay will be given permission to leave UCLA and become an outpatient today.
The court hearing takes places tomorrow so unless this new order is allowing her to leave UCLA i’m sure it could wait until tomorrow.
Shawn Chapman Hollley is trying to get the formal probation removed so Lindsay can go to New York.

  16. Jackson says:

Bleeeeehh! Just let the crackie out already so we can be inundated with her BS stories of life in the big house and then it will finally be over….and then she can get back to her crackhead ways and we can point and laugh again.

  17. Crash2GO2 says:

“hmmmm…i’m curious i will admit. and my question is how did no other rehab say she wasn’t addicted to anything? i tihnk she was, she weaned herself of, is tricking UCLA and will go right back to her shenanigans as soon as possible.”

If she weaned herself off, than doesn’t that mean she isn’t an addict? I didn’t think that true addicts could do things like that.

  18. Tia C says:

Yeah, I’m with you, Jackson. Let’s get on with it.

I’m looking forward to her next crime, and I’m wholeheartedly hoping she doesn’t get off so frickin easy next time.

  19. Innocent says:

She will be getting released tomorrow at 8:30 am.
The Judge just postponed his ruling

  20. original kate says:

“If she weaned herself off, than doesn’t that mean she isn’t an addict? I didn’t think that true addicts could do things like that.”

crash, some addicts can go “cold turkey” at home and physically get the drugs out of their system. it is dangerous to do because you get really sick. a friend of mine is a recovering addict and he did it that way twice. he could wean himself physically for a while but psychologically he couldn’t and kept relapsing. he finally went to a 30 day rehab center and has been clean for a long time. he still goes to NA meetings and avoids clubs and his old drug friends because the urge to use never leaves. lohan keeps relapsing, which means she isn’t able to stay away from drugs. hence, she is probably an addict and needs help.

  21. I found your entry interesting do Ive added a Trackback to it on my weblog

  22. Jeri says:

Since all the leaks must be coming from the Lohan Camp (Dina) maybe we’ll get a pleasant surprise. Doubt it. But you never know.

  23. Crash2GO2 says:

@original kate: Thanks. You know, I have a highly addictive medication (has butalbital and codeine) I take for headaches. I used to like carrying them around, because I knew I could kill one of those headache beasties any time I needed to. Once month I took one nearly every day (they are 6 max per day). After I ran out, I craved them so badly for about 4 days and that really scared me. The craving went away though. Now I’m careful to use every other option available to me before I take one of these. And I don’t carry them around any more and don’t feel the need to. So my experience tells me that you can be both physically and psychologically addicted, yet still recover fairly painlessly without help. That’s why I’m not sure I subscribe to the ‘one size fits all’ model of addiction.

    Just sharing my experience. 😀

  24. original kate says:

@ crash, i agree there is no “one size fits all” model of addiction, but craving something is not the same as being addicted to it. i crave potato chips but i’m not willing to go to jail in order to eat them. you took a pill daily for a month -lindsay has been drinking and drugging for years, even before her adderall prescription, to the point of violating probation in order to drink. that can’t be “cured” in 4 days. if you are ordered by a court to stop doing something and you keep doing it at the risk of being incarcerated then you have a problem and you need help. some people can do it on their own, but clearly lohan cannot, because she keeps fucking up. call it addiction or not, but she needs help, not apologists for her appalling behavior.

  25. Decemberist15 says:

She must give really good head to get off so easily for jacking a car high as a kite and blatantly ignoring her probation… Anyone else would still be in jail for this. It’s awful I mean lil Kim got a YEAR for lying under oath! And she was with the general population I think. It must be so nice to be a once decent looking celebrity white girl and get away with everything.

  26. Crash2GO2 says:

@original kate, I agree she doesn’t need apologists for her horrible behavior. But I’m not so sure she can be helped. If her abhorrent behavior is the result of a personality disorder, there is probably nothing anyone can do for her. I just hope she doesn’t kill anyone else on her way out.

  27. original kate says:

“I just hope she doesn’t kill anyone else on her way out.” amen.

people of LA: lock up your prescription drugs, children and pets – lohan’s on the loose! let’s be careful out there.
