Katie Holmes has a very disturbing, vacant look in her eyes nowadays. I too believe Tom has an untreated mental illness. He would of course take that statement as proof of the diabolical plot of Psychiatry out to hurt everyone. He does appear to be very narcissistic. Manic as well. Bi-polar is usually a fairly easy disease to treat, but he is clearly too entrenched in his "religion" to see that.
