Ciroc is by far the smoothest vodka for it’s price. i have been a bartender for 7 years now, and I can attest for its quality. As for drinking on television, Martha Stewart did that numerous times on her television show, and if anything, it helped the guests loosen up a bit and have more fun. There’s nothing illegal or morally wrong about it.

Drinking on a show that’s an hour long? Big whoo. Now if Matt Lauer does a couple at 6am, there might be an issue.
Diddy toasting himself is right up his alley. Toasting women would be hypocritical who treats women the way some treat a new suit.

Hey Lulu, I specifically said “not that I care any which way” in my post, open eyes and switch on brain before posting. I just said that my assumption was that they were going to get bashed by the general public for this, even if they’re Ellen and Diddy. I mean, Miley Cyrus gets heat when she’s seen in a car without a seatbelt, so I figured Ellen and Diddy doing vodka shots would also get complaints. You know, from AA leaders or people like that.
Apparently not from celebitchy readers though, which, in a way, is refreshing. However, I do agree a bit (a bit!) with Trashaddict. If he were promoting his newest brand of fags, people would indeed be horrified. I don’t really see how very different another poison is. -

I think Julia Childs always did her cooking show wasted. Thats why she was always leaning against the counter and in later years always had a co-pilot cook.

You can’t advertise cigarettes on tv so they would get in trouble, however you can now advertise liquor on tv, so I don’t see a problem with it.

Not that I care any which way, because I hardly ever have a drink, much less vodka, but he’s gonna get soooo much heat for this one. And Ellen is soooo gonna get bashed too for drinking on daytime TV. And who the hell proposes a toast to their own self? He should have done a second one to women.
