It’s called a Declaratory Judgment (at least in CA). You’re not suing the person for actual damages, but just to have a judge declare that you didn’t do something wrong. It’s just a tactic. They’re not really suing her in the true sense of the word.

She has nothing to worry about, the French don’t even have a word for ‘winning’ in any situation.

She ruined her looks with cosmetic surgery. Looks funky. Check your md’s background and look at patient photos before treatment girls!
