LeAnn Rimes’ birthday was a few days ago, and she spent it being pap’d in a bikini with her man, Eddie Cibrian (see the nauseating photos of LeAnn straddling Eddie here). She also spent it being a smug bitch – she tweeted some sh-t about all of the presents Eddie had given her, with what money no one knows. He’s not working, so my guess is that much like a parent would do for a child, LeAnn bought her own presents and let Eddie “give” them to her for her birthday. And then she tweeted about it, smugly. And that’s the jumping off point for this hilarious story from The Homewrecker Files:

“LeAnn is so public with their relationship, it seems like they don’t remember it began as an affair when they were both married!” an insider tells In Touch.
On August 29, LeAnn tweeted: “Beautiful rose gold and diamond bangles and a cool Chrome Hearts travel jewelry bag. He’s always so thoughtful.”
Brandi – who says she hasn’t received any child support from Eddie since he was fired from CSI: Miami – shot back: “My ‘husband’ who vacations non-stop, and has an assistant yet no job, can’t afford to keep out 3 yr old in his pre-school… priorities.”
An insider says: “It’s gotten obnoxious, the amount LeAnn posts about Eddie’s kids and how great their life is together. Brandi gets hurt by it, of course. But she also finds it funny that LeAnn stops to tweet about everything they do instead of just enjoying it.”
And LeAnn‘s ex-husband Dean Sheremet is bothered too. “Dean is so calm, but he even gets turned off by how public she makes their relationship. He will forward her most ridiculous tweets to his friends and make fun of her.”

Honestly, if I was Brandi, I would be more upset by the whole “no child support” thing rather than the “LeAnn can’t take a dump without tweeting about it for a whole day” thing. Of course LeAnn is inappropriate. She stalked Eddie and now he is all hers. She’s crazy and tragic and funny (to laugh at) and she’s totally and completely over the top with the Twitter-displays of her “love.” But seriously, Brandi buried the lead – how is Eddie paying for all of these presents for LeAnn if he’s can’t/won’t pay child support? Unless my theory is correct, which is that LeAnn is paying for everything, including her own birthday presents.

I agree she should be more upset about him not paying child support, but bitching about Leann gets her attention, which she seems to enjoy.
If he’s not paying support, yet continues to employ an assistant (really?) and is out shopping, she needs to take him back to court. And he needs to get himself a job and take care of his kids.

If this is true, then were is the judge? They should have had this sorted out in court, and a couple months ago. I think the judges should make it hard on Brandi and public whiners like her for going public with this, and then dragging someone to court. public opinion is irrelevant to a court summons.

Leann has no legal obligation to pay a dime towards those kids – Eddie’s their father and should be the one supporting them. I get the impression he’s enjoying living off Leann’s money though and not exactly rushing out to get work.
People Mag website published a blurb about LeAnn’s birthday where an “inside source” was quoted as saying “Eddie was very attentive”.
I have my own “inside sources” and one of them got People’s files. The actual quote is as follows:

By the way, it was Eddie’s turn to have those “lil ones” LeAnn loves so much but it was her birthday so Eddie dumped them on his parents while they went on vacation AGAIN. Party first, photo-ops second, child support if there’s anything left.

yeah LeAnn needs to cut it out. While I don’t necessarily believe in calling her a homewerecker and not giving Eddie any flack, I do think that she’s beyond inappropriate. Have some respect for that man’s children since you clearly have none for his ex wife.
I have no time for men who go around spreading their seed and fail to meet their obligations to the kids. It’s sickening and I don’t care that he hasn’t landed another acting gig. Rather than living like a manwhore, he should get any job he can find to pay his support. If Leann wants him around as a boy toy to take on vacation, then she should pay his support. I don’t like the fact Brandi is tweeting about personal financial matters. On the other hand, Eddie seems the model deadbeat and if she has to call him out publically to get him to pay up, then so be it.

Honestly, I don’t follow Leann when she “tweets” about my children, it just isn’t healthy for me. I am still legally married to Eddie, he is behind in his child support and those are the sad facts. I am working and doing the best to care for my kids. I am also hoping our lawyers will have this whole divorce sorted out this week, so we can all move forward.

Let’s see now. Eddie (aka father of the year, or is that deadbeat dad) spent Father’s Day having a “spa day” with Leann while his personal assistant cared for his children. When he went to Santa Barbara on the weekend of the 4th of July, he sent the kids home with either Mom & Dad or the personal assistant so he and LR could stay and play for one more day. Didn’t want to stop playing so had his personal assistant deliver the children to Brandi…what an inconvenience they are! Then rather than celebrate LR’s b’day some other time so he could be with his children and rather than allow their mother the “first right of refusal” to care for them herself in his absence (as agreed upon by both parties), he called on Mom & Dad (SOP for EC-can’t function without them). EC and LR belong together. Each an only child-spoiled rotten and never held accountable for anything by doting parents. If LR ever has EC’s child, she better tighten that already tight leash, because EC does not want to compete with a child to be the center of LR’s universe, he will just go out and play.

Brandi and Eddie are NOT married any more and have not been for at least 2 months. The reason she gets “childsupport” is it is only called that so Brandi doesn;t have to pay taxes. Also LR is paying ALL the bills, theirs and Hers so that is another lie. Brandi wants him back and she may well get him back too LOL He can;t get a job due to Brandis noise maing so they can love on what??? Also LR didnt break that marriage up, he was already half way out the door and had 2 or 3 other women he was “doing” why blame LR?
