I think most people are afraid to show perceived imperfections in their body, especially if it's going to be dissected and critiqued all America. Nudity for them now isn't the same as nudity for them ten years ago. It's nice to see confidence in an actress. It was mind-blowing when they convinced Diane Keaton to show up nude in Something's Gotta Give. It's hard to even get her out of her turtlenecks. SJP is a prude, certainly.
