Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were seen out to dinner last night at the Waverly Inn in NY. While they avoided being photographed together, they knew what they were doing by having dinner there. It’s just about the only restaurant in that city where the paparazzi keep a constant vigil. Considering how many other high-end places there are to eat in NY you know they’re doing it for the publicity. Wasn’t it enough for them to stage those poolside shots? Are they just crazy about each other and stupidly sharing it with the world or do they really want to milk it for all it’s worth?
Aniston and Mayer flew on a private plane from Miami to Orlando on Saturday, where he performed. People Magazine notes that they were seen kissing backstage. They then jaunted to New York to continue their PDA publicity tour.
First, it was dinner at the Waverly Inn, where the couple was joined by three other people in a quiet dinner near the back garden. Mayer’s animated stories kept Aniston laughing as the group sipped white wine and ate a leisurely dinner. At one point, Aniston rubbed Mayer’s neck as the couple spoke quietly to each other.
After dinner, it was on to Hudson Bar and Books, where the group stayed for more than an hour, sipping champagne. Mayer and Aniston weren’t shy about showing their affection for each other – kissing, hugging and posing for photos together. When music started playing, Mayer did a lighthearted – and goofy – little dance.

Eeewww. It’s one thing to be happy in a new relationship, but keep it a little quiet if you’re famous. If you get caught that’s one thing, but it’s stupid to flaunt it. There is going to be more of a backlash against these two than Affleck and J.Lo unless they quickly cut it out. Watch them crash and burn in a few weeks, with Mayer bitching on his blog in his pseudo-intellectual way about how it’s the gossip rags’ fault and that all his relationships are doomed. They’re going to the Waverly Inn, for goodness sake. How lame and obvious.

I mean, if they are hiding is because they don´t wanna share with their “fans”(who supposedly care so much about them and would die without knowing whats really happening,lol)…if they are exposing its because they are showing off for publicity! Let them do and go wherever they want…why so much drama?
Both have enough successful careers to carry on without taking desperate measures, which doesn´t include going out for dinner with your boyfriend with or without paparazzo’s, maybe they like to see their pics and the whole fuzz about them on E!, the mags and blogs and whatsoever. maybe they think its fun or maybe they just do it because they have nothing to hide!!!!!!!!!!!!! voila -
Both of them are just living there life i’m happy for them they look happy.

Jennifer Aniston generally isn’t the type to frequent papparazzi hot spots, nor was she at all forthcoming or public about her relationship with Vince Vaughn, which is why this all seems a bit over the top, and possibly even staged to me. For pete’s sake, she did an interview recently where she talked about moving to NYC because she likes the idea of just going for a walk without being followed.

That´s so old news…the only thing I can´t wait to know its what will be the other stupid names she will give to her next additions…

I agree Mr. T. It is desperation and staged and prentenious. Saddest part of all….it might be her best acting effort in years.

Agreed. I think it done in total desperation on her part. She is 39, isn’t married and doesn’t have children. Brad was able to “move on” so quickly. She appears to be an insecure person.Poor thing. I hope she figures things out.John Mayer will probably dump her next week.

MrT..I really don’t think that Jen is jealous of Skankalina, I don’t know who would be, her man looks like he had all the hotness sucked out of him in 3 short years, they have 6 kids in 3 years, talk of desperation, I think Whorelina only had blob 2 and 3, because shes afraid Brad Sh-tts will leave her scrawny ass.

They entered the restaurant separately and also left separately, so at least they made an attempt to avoid photos.
Celebitchy, I agree that Jennifer is being unusually publicly affectionate (the backstage kiss, etc.) Personally I think it’s because she really likes him. She’s a big star and so is he, plus he’s good-looking, fun-loving, but with a serious side too. He has a goofy sense of humor that she might like.
But is he mature enough for her? Hmmm…

They are both just sleeping their way thru the Gollywood bed chamber. She goes from one man to another the same as John does . He is keeping score on how many B listers he can sleep with since he is a D lister. Jen and Charlie Sheens ex should get together and just open a shop. Those two have no room to talk about someone elses morals.

So if you’re not married and don’t have children, it means you’re desperate… wow, that is pretty insane. I’m no bra burner, but if that doesn’t set back the women’s movement about 50 years than I don’t know what does.
I’m pretty sure Jennifer Aniston is secure enough with who she is to date whom she deems worthy. -
I don’t hear Jen bitch about the paparazzi much if ever. She’s had to deal with Brad and Angelina all over the place for years too — so why is it a problem for her to be giddy and happy and want to be seen around with John Mayer? I hope she teaches that lil boy a thing or two. Tear it up Jen, and when you’re done, move on to the next hunk! You’re young, rich and adorable! Who needs marriage? If I had her money, looks and life - I would be eternally traveling the world’s beautiful places and meeting tons of interesting people. toShe has never seemed desperate to me in any way, shape or form. I wish people would leave her the hell alone. If she were desperate to hang on to Brad, she’d have allowed herself to get knocked up to keep him, and that wasn’t the case. Angelina and Brad did her dirty and now they’re a family and have moved on. Let’s all allow Jen to live her life the way she pleases. Leave the woman alone for crying out loud! Jen rocks! Love her!

Totally agree, CB. Both of them know exactly what they are doing. They both use the media when they want/need it, and bitch about the paparazzi all other times.
