@ mollination: I agree completely that the media is stalking her and waiting for her to do even the smallest thing they can sensationalize to make her look like an asshole, but I gotta say, ATVs are dangerous enough for people who *aren’t* pregnant. It’s not like she went skiing or skydiving or whatnot but still. Scary.

I don’t get all this stuff about four wheelers being dangerous. Maybe if you use them incorrectly (unlike regular motorcycles, they are NOT meant for jumping) which many people do. But their center of gravity and suspension make them much safer to ride along my parent’s property than in trucks or in many cases horses. They can get into places other vehicles can’t to clear dangerous brush that could go up in flames or to gather the animals. They’re really safe and effective ranch vehicle, and easy to drive. Like a golf cart or something.
I think ATV’s have a bad rap because idiots decide to do things with them that you’re not supposed to, like jump them. But I would go on one while pregnant. I’m not joking. I may *have to.

whoever is criticizing jamie lynn for riding 4-wheelers obviously has never ridden a 4-wheeler. she is perfectly safe as long as she is driving at a decent speed under normal conditions.

Ask Ozzy how he feels about ATVs …
A pregnant female should not be riding on one, just as she should not be jumping on a trampoline, riding mini bikes, etc. end of story.

It doesn’t matter what Jamie Lynn does. Everyone is just fucking waiting to skewer her either way. She’s in LOUSIANA for christs sakes! She got her damn GED, did counseling and took parenting classes, avoids the papparazzi, but nooooo she was on a FOUR-WHEELER! GASP! She will fall out at any minute and die! She should sit at home and not move for 9 months so she doesn’t get hurt!
