colin farrell is an extremely talented actor, i admire his dedication & his efforts for making the movie ” triage” i’ll be definitely seeing this movie.

Matt Damon did something similar for the Talented Mr. Ripley. I think he lost something like 40 lbs. And Christian Bale’s weight loss for the Machinist was indeed pretty scary-looking.

Daniel Day Lewis is the king of the method actors. Though I don’t think he has had to do the extreme weight loss route yet.

Bale ate 2 eggs a day for the Machinist. Nice. I’m amazed his body didn’t shut down. I know they are medically supervised but still…try memorizing lines and edits when you’re just thinking about food.
