This isn’t funny. It’s completely understandable that she’s breaking down. Anyone who doesn’t “get” it doesn’t have a younger bro. I’d be in a much worse emotional state if my bro was going to prison and my parents were divorcing AND the reason was because my dad was dating one of my friends.

God help her if she lived the life of us mere mortals! She has everything and every advantage a person could want, yet she is drowning in self pity. Hey, news to Brooke, it is your brother who is serving time in the slammer, not you. It is your mother who was cheated on, not you. Your career is tanking because your overindulgent parents TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD TALENT, when in all actuality, you don’t. Your 20, you have parents who are both still alive, advantages that few other women your age have, the world ahead of you, so sorry I am not sympathetic to the plight of a spoiled, whiny, brat. WAAAAAAAAAAH!

Having a father in jail I can understand what she’s going through. It’s surreal and you think that when you wake up it’s just a bad dream.
And I was only 19 at the time and had to handle everything as though I was 30. It doesn’t get any easier. And she’s probably really insecure as her parents just seperated after they were together for a good majority of her life.
And it’s really frustrating when you get people who think you’re just being whiney when you express sadness or emotion. Since when was crying when you’re sad ever a bad thing?
If she ends up holding it inside she’ll end up a shitwreck like Lindsay Lohan or Britney Spears.
So maybe Brooke is taking the first step to guarantee that she’ll make it through this without shaving her hair off and talking in a fake British accent.

No, sorry, there just isn’t anything to pity or support here. Danielle, I actually believe that she is already on the same road as Brit and Lindsay, because both of them do the stupid shit they do because they’ve never had to live a ‘real’ life and deal with real problems.
That’s what leads to their sense of entitlement and their reckless behavior. How exactly is she dealing with this in a healthy way? If she was thinking rationally and honestly she would be crying for joy, not sadness. Her brother got off a shitload lighter than he should have, and the only reason he did was because of who his dad was.
Instead of being grateful that he got off light, she starts posting spiteful myspace blogs directed at the only real victims in this situation, the parents of that poor kid who might as well be dead. That’s not the response someone who has their shit together and is just being emotional . She is honestly convinced her brother is the victim here, and did nothing wrong. That’s just sickening, and unacceptable, regardless of any of the other shit going on in her life.

Brooke has received nothing like she deserves! Petulant and spoiled, squandering every opportunity is just a regular day for that stinky ass. Don’t even think about pity for her! She would not spit on you as look at you. Action talks and Bullsh*t walks around crying for herself. Like she spent any kind of quality time with her brother? She has spent more time, and values higher the poor soul who airbrushes her fake nails! Every day you choose what will become of it. That vegetable who used to be a man has no choices left. He lives in something as close to hell on earth that is possible. It would be a thousand times better if he had died. Then his parents would be able to move on. They just have suffering. Everyone gets what they deserve in the end.

god damn you guys are harsh. No one is allowed a second chance? So she’s spoiled cuz thats the only world she’s ever known. I wouldn’t wish mental-breakdown on her! Maybe on her stupid brother but not her. I feel for her, everone is different and this shit affects some people differently. If I have like more than 2 things on my plate at a time I get nutty, so if I were her I would be falling apart too. COMPASSION. Just….think about trying it maybe.

Wow everybody. Parents divorcing hurts, regardless of who you are and how you were brought up. Parents quickly getting involved with another person before the divorce is even finalized hurts. I’d imagine, one of those conquests being your supposed friend must really get you. I’d even imagine that a sibling getting jail time, even if he did deserve it because he’s an irresponsible punk sucks too. Being all of twenty and having your family fall apart and be put in jail can’t be easy. You may not like her upbringing and attitude, but she’s still a person.
And after catching up on previous posts, why the HELL are the Cruises getting all this sympathy about being judged about when a child should be weaned from their bottle, but Brooke Hogan is being chastised for reacting to crappy situations???

A kid goes to serve in Irak, and survives the Hell over there. Back home he ends up paralysed because of Nick Hogan’s show-off driving. Pity that young kid and his loved ones. They’ll have to deal with this for the rest of their sorry lives, not for a short prison stay. If I was Brooke that would be enough to give me a breakdown too.

I do feel vaguely sad for her. A divorce, a betrayal by your father and your brother going to jail is a lot to handle at once when you’re 20. Especially when you’re in the spotlights. And her life so far (ie her parents) hasn’t exactly equipped her to deal with it.

I feel really bad for her. Unfortunately she still has horrid dress sense. Looks like she’s being admonished by the Judge for trying to be sleazy in the wrong place, in the first picture. “Miss Hogan, is this how you think you should dress for a COURT HEARING, hmmm?”
