Truth is, if you had an addiction, this stint in rehab would not have been the first sign, DUH! Whatever the reason you sought help, GOOD for YOU! I hoped it helped you get back on your feet, if you were hurting. I will tell you that a great place for an awesome life changing retreat for depression, the LIFE blues, or finding yourself is in Sedona, Arizona if you've never been...the soul adventures there are life changing. Watsu at the Enchanted Resort and the energy in the canyon vortexes are more amazing than anything in the world! (Yes, here in the USA). Good Luck!
