I was sitting her trying to think of a good reason for Courtney Love’s appearance last night at the Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps premiere. The only thing I could come up with is that she and Oliver Stone (who directed it) are friendly…? Otherwise, it just seems like an excuse for her to show off her new face. Excuse me, alleged new face. Because Courtney hasn’t confirmed anything, we’re left with Fame Pictures assumptions (and our own eyes):

Even though it’s eerie to see Courtney looking together and functioning (for her), I’m not sure if I approve of the alleged new work. Yes, she looks better than she has in a while, but the crackhead is still strong with this one, and she still looks like she’s on something very intense. Maybe heroin? Also… her boobs…? She’s had implants in and out of those puppies, and I think they’re back in. Either that or she’s got the mother of all push-up bras.

Her lips look WAAAAAY better than they have. She’s had serious trout pout the last 5 years or so. Here her top lip doesn’t look like a stuffed sausage thankfully. And she’s had those implants for a while I think. A poorly done job, like most of her other surgeries and procedures. She looks almost clean in these pictures, like she took a shower.
She looks way fucked up though. Like, drug wise.
I miss her old nose.
She looks bad! Her skin is different colors on her arm and he face is a totally different color from her neck! (bad makeup) You always know when she is skinny that she is on some serious shit!

I’m going to guess she’s had a mini face lift… the naso-labial folds are gone.. I had noticed this about a month ago… maybe some injection on the lower lip.
Her face is definitely going in the direction of “not hers anymore” and normally I don’t support that, but for this one, I cannot say it’s a bad thing.

She didn’t have a boob job. In April vh1 filmed her NY show for Behind the Music and she was wearing that bra (her boobs looked huge and out of her dress). The day after she was photographed and her chest was 2 or 3 sizes smaller. Blame Victoria Seacret and their push up bras.
One of her songs just came on the radio station I listen to that plays 90’s rock and I was just thinking about how BAD of a singer she is and how no one would know her if she hadn’t been with Kurt. She is trashhhhhh-y.

when you see a woman who looks like she’s got nice (large) boobies, and then you get her bra off and, in reality, she’s got some that are a cup or two sizes smaller than what she’s advertised, are you disappointed? angry? do you feel duped, and would it prevent you from wanting to date her because of any dishonesty?

on topic…I think she looks worlds better than I’ve seen her lately, but that’s not saying much.
KJ, I noticed the lips, too. that seems to be the most significant change, surgery-wise. they’ve been looking AWFUL lately, like she had implants that went askew. Now, they look kind of normal.
and truthfully, the biggest (non-surgery) difference I notice is that she looks clean and it appears she had her make up and hair done by a pro.

Courtney attended the premiere because she’s been friends with Oliver Stone for 15 years and he invited her. Nobody wonders why Moby and Rob Thomas were there.
It’s funny how everytime she wears semi decent make up and brushes her hair she’s accused of going under the knife. The trout lips were removed in December 2006 and the last nose job was in March 2007. She doesn’t need botox because she had a facelift 8 years ago.
I think she looks Amazing. She is a Transformer. You have to give this woman credit, or not. Most of you just want to hate, which this world needs less of.

I think it depends upon the man.
BUT, on the same turn & if I’m being honest about it, I might be a little disappointed if I found out HE was stuffing himself down there and I was getting a smaller package than expected…however, if he’s a great guy, there are always other solutions.
She looks good, but she’ll do something new to sabotage it and will forever be a mess!

No, this does not look like Courtney and I would not have recognized her. That said – she looks great in comparison to the way she’s been looking for years. Her plastic surgery is no worse (and much better) than many Hollywood stars’. And despite the sketchy make-up job and the squashed boobage, I think she looks wonderful. Her lips especially are much improved.
Pretty much anything is an improvement with her, so I say it was a good move.
The nose job is a disaster.
Styling wise, not bad at all.

Praise St Angie – I actually asked my husband this once. His reaction was basically what I imagine most men would say: “You’ve got your boobs out. We’re happy.”

What is still scary is the total lack of muscle tone, the anorexia, and the splotchy skin dye.
@Lenore: LOL TOO TRUE! Your husband sounds like mine! I’ve gained like 20lbs in the last year and while I’m totally freaking out, he couldn’t be happier because a huge portion of it went to my boobs.

My husband loves push-ups…couldn’t care less that its not all really there.
Anything that accents what IS there and he’s very happy that I (or someone else!) made the effort.

I think she had her face lasered – look how light her facial skin is compared to her neck and the rest of her (scary looking) body. Plus a face and eye lift and she got her lips fixed.
She used to look like shit.
Now she looks like shit packed into a sausage casing.
She needs to exfoliate to get rid of the rest of her spray-on tan.

Better makeup than usual, but whatever it is isn’t for flash photography. That’s why it looks lighter than her skin. IRL it probably looked fine, but it reflected the camera flash. It happens all the time, only a few makeup lines have products that won’t reflect like that.
WOW!! She looks amazing! (That’s a push up bra for sure). But damn, her Doctor did amazing work on. Her face looks so smooth and amazing, and her dress is also beautiful. Her make up artist needs to match the color of her face to her neck, but other than that, WOW!!
