It occurred to me that maybe she has a legitimate fat lip from one of her kids. I have a kid who is 3 and a half and he is super active and has hit me by mistake while jumping around. She has 3 kids in this age bracket who could have smacked her in the lips. They do look a little swollen but more like an injury than some kind of injection. She has great lips and is not likely to get any work done on them, especially when pregnant.
