he is a spoiled teen yes but at least he is suffering a bit for what he has done wrong which is speeding and drinking ! but , as for his friend he was the adult , i mean hell why didnt john get him to slow down if words wouldnt work then im sure a nice punch in the mouth would have worked ! so the way im seeing it is both the driver is at fault and the ” adult ” passenger , so leave nick alone !! and also , even if his family has money at least he is locked up for what he did and they didnt do an oj ! and pay everyone off . im sure his dad has been the one that said for nick to take the responsibilty for what happend instead of bailing him out with that said good luck nick !! and say how high do i jump sir or maam when they tell you to jump ! it will be alot easier to get it over with bud ! trust me this i know !!

1st of I agree with most of the statements made on here. Nick should be punished for what he did, reckless driving. He is 17 and should not have been tried as an adult. Kids make mistakes, and they will continue to make mistakes. BUT one thing that everyone has failed to mention is that John was not wearing his seatbelt! Yes it is very sad that John is now in a vegitative state for the rest of his life, but at who’s fault? His own. I’m sure he was a willing participant of the driving, Nick just didnt kidnap him and force him to sit there. I guess everyone is trying to tip toe around the truth because he is a veteran and fought for our country. God bless the troops and I am thankful for them going over there to fight, but that doesnt give an excuse to praise him when in fact, had he followed the law and BUCKLED UP, he would most like not be in the same condition that he is in now. Im not a cold hearted person, I’m just blunt and truthful.

i think they both knew the risk and what they was about to do. we done stupid things in our lives like this and ended up similar ways or was damn lucky. Im sure you guys never speed or passed going around a curve, up a hill or do donuts. Its easy to sit back and judge others. Im sure he wished that he could go back in time and change it all. i bet he wanted to go see his friend but his attorney advise him not to, be my guess. Really, nick hogan is just another person with his own problems in his own life. why do you people make a big deal about someone that you never met. all these so called famous people they are just ordinary people. just because we see them on tv you think theyre different in some way. i dont get it.

I heard on the radio that Hulk and Nick want to do a reality show based on Nick getting out of jail and coming back. How is that for sick. He doesn’t give a crap about his friend, so why should we care about Nick ???

Oh and for you jack @$$es BLAIMING the victim for not wearing his seat belt. Saying it wasn’t nicks responsibility, umm that’s not what the traffic laws state. I’m pretty sure the driver gets the ticket for the passenger not wearing the seat belt. They don’t want to wear it…YOU DONT DRIVE THEM!
