Rageaholic model Naomi Campbell got some major drama dished her way on her 38th birthday on Wednesday. The former “it” girl spent the day with friends in Cannes. Sounds like a nice birthday, no? Well late that night – sometime around three in the morning – Campbell and company joined a party on P Diddy’s yacht. And that’s where are the trouble started.
Turns out Diddy and Naomi have a long history of drama. In fact it seems that it’s more him than her, surprising as it may be. So chilling with a guy that doesn’t like you probably wasn’t the best way to end an evening for Naomi.
Naomi Campbell was reduced to tears on her birthday last night – recalling quite vividly the Lesley Gore hit song It’s My Party And I’ll Cry If I Want To. Naomi celebrated her 38th birthday with friends in Cannes, and then moved on to a VIP party aboard music mogul P Diddy’s yacht.
She was all smiles as she arrived in a glamorous lace frock but, around 3am this morning, she was spotted looking clearly upset.
The reason for her meltdown remains unclear, but Naomi and Diddy do have a history of confrontation.
According to reports last year — at Jermaine Dupri’s Grammy afterparty in LA — Diddy shouted at Naomi in the middle of the party, leaving her shocked and upset.

TMZ says that Naomi didn’t just leave Diddy’s boat – he threw her off. Which, when you’re talking about a boat, sounds much more dramatic than getting thrown out of a club. Unfortunately he didn’t make her walk the blank or actually dump her ass of the side of the boat. Bummer.
Naomi garnered a lot of negative press for bringing convicted con man Christophe Rocancourt as her date to the Cannes premiere of Che. He conned several A and B-list Hollywood celebs, so perhaps that had something to do with the Diddy/Campbell blowup.

Naomi Campbell is a little sad. All her contemporaries – Cindy, Linda, Claudia, Heidi even Kate – have moved on with their lives and their careers, and Naomi just seems stuck in the same old bad patterns. You don’t even see her modeling much any more.
It must be very difficult at her age (which is about my own age) to see yourself getting older without some other achievements to compensate. And the quality of her companions is going downhill as well. From being engaged to Adam Clayton of U2 to this guy…
Yeah, Naomi, you can dish it out but you can’t take it. No sympathy at all for her. And you’re right, CandyKay, she is looking increasingly sad and pointless, particularly as she’s now known more for her pathetic behaviour rather than her modelling.
She deserves the shrimpy conman froggy goober with the ill-fitting suit. It kills me how she can look so sweet and innocent in the face, yet she is the opposite of that in reality.

Naomi was truly among the biggest models back in the eighties and nineties.
As her fellow fashion girlfriends have found a way to use their model image in order to jump over to another occupation (whether it is finding a hot&wealthy husband and settling into a luxurious family life style, becoming a designer, hosting TV-shows, etc.), Naomi has never matured enough to stop being Queen Me.
Unfortunately, her body did age. Her temper got worse.
And now she’s got nothing but a conman as a date. Although bringing someone who conned quite a lot of celebrities to Cannes is sort of stylish and trendy, I suppose.
Naomi’s days are definitely over.

Funny you should mention Adam Clayton – he allegedly found out that they were engaged at precisely the same time the rest of us did, when she announced on Kenny Live (a 90s live tv programme).
I don’t know which of this pair I detest more – so I’d still prefer not to have an excuse to think one of them is any less odious than the other.

Her and the rest of the beyotches in Hollyweird do need to be put in their places – on their knees with their mouths open and legs and the 10 and 2. When you look at it, none of these people actually do anything and this may be something their actually good at.

She’s worked her way through an odd assortment of men and yet never had a stable or successful relationship. Says a lot about her.
I can’t believe that people still hire her as a model. These days she’s just a throwback to the 80s/early 90s. On a runway against younger models she stands out and not in a good way. Its not her age that stands out but her attitude. Her sense of superiority/entitlement is clear in her walk. I would specifically avoid buying anything she was selling.
Its a shame he didn’t hit her in the face with his mobile phone. Maybe then she’d have something to cry about. Effing bitch.
yes Naomi has issues but for someone to make her upset to the point of crying on her bday ? thats just unfair. furthermore anything that Naomi has done has either been dealt with in a court of law or will be dealt with in a court of law so give her a break
