In the African American community your “boo” is your significant other. That’s why Donna gets so embarrassed. There are actually two very light skinned black people on the panel. They are so light that many people do not know they are black although they do identify as black. They are the man next do Donna and the woman next to Anderson. They DO know what it means which is why they are laughing so hard, especially the man next to Donna.

This exchange caught me off guard last night as I watched CNN; Anderson and Donna are always engaging, intelligent and classy, but this unexpected display of humor was totally funny and sweet. A much needed bit of humanity in the din of electing a president.
