I realize many of you are totally over the Olivier Martinez-Halle Berry thing. After all, they’ve only been dating for a few months, and yet they’re already taking things to a very public level, being photographed all over Paris and now Los Angeles. These are new photos of them yesterday – Halle looks a little rough, in my opinion. Like she’s exhausted from all the hot French sex, probably. Girl needs to spend some time in bed, time that doesn’t involve doggy-style or nipple clamps (for him). Anyway, I know many are over it. I’m not. I think they’re really hot together. They’re one of those couples where I want to see their sex tape. Those couples are rare, for me at least. In any case, they may be sticking around a bit longer than “sexy times”. The pair, who costar together in Dark Tide which has been filming in Europe, have gone from stealing smooches in Paris to meeting Mom.
Berry and Martinez, both 44, reunited in Los Angeles Thursday after having spent about a week apart. First on the agenda for the couple: a visit to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Martinez emerged with a bandage on his right arm.
Then Berry took her new man for a special visit – with her mother Judith.
“It was a big deal that Olivier got to meet Halle’s mom,” says a source. “It shows that they are getting more serious.”
Later that night, the couple stopped by the French Art gallery Marcelita L’Art et Le Thé in West Hollywood where they mingled with friends, according to an observer.

Do you introduce your new guy to you mom this fast? Maybe. I don’t know – it feels so soon. Maybe it’s different when you’re a single mom. Maybe it’s different when the sex is that good, and you can’t imagine what it would be like to have that dong out of your life. I worry about Halle. I think Halle’s mom is just around because of her her granddaughter. I don’t think he would have met Halle’s mom if not for that. Heck maybe her mom wanted to see him. I don’t think she is moving to fast, you gotta see how the fam responds at some point. I think they are such a hot couple.
She doesn’t look like she’s forcing him at all. He actually looks rather smitten with her in most of the images I’ve seen. And I, too, would like to see that sex tape. Very few couples do that to me. They’re just so…..pretty.
I do think she needs to reel it in, though. Halle reminds me of one of my best friends from highschool – she goes CRAZY the minute she gets some full time dick. I’m always like “calm down, yea it’s awesome now and it’s great to see you dwell in your awesome couple awesomeness but take your time. This isn’t some kind of race.” Halle’s got daddy issues, but her relationship with Gabriel Aubry (Gabe, I’ll be your caramel queen you sexy Quebec thing) seemed to be the healthiest so far. Even their breakup seemed like it wasn’t some overly emotional affair. A leopard can’t change it’s spots, but maybe she’s maturing. Hopefully.

I don’t think she looks rough…just looks like she’s not wearing make up. when you’re used to seeing someone fully made-up, seeing them without is a MAJOR difference.
HE, however, looks rough. I thought he was so much hotter back in the day…he’s not aging well, IMO.

I’m willing to hang if she is aware that is just a rebound and he is not by any measure stable relationship material. If she is acting out her needfulness, however, and at any moment begins to entertain practical notions regarding him (house, etc….), she is in for another disaster much worse than her break-up with Aubry or Eric Benet. I loved Oliver in Horseman on the Roof. He was so hot in it. I now think he is a dog in more ways than one. Gabriel is such a fine piece of man.Unfortunately Hallie couldn’t risk the damage from a man that young and hot leaving her.

You know, based on the evidence, i agree that Halle sure knows how to pick unsuitable men.
So, after five years with Gabe, when the whole world was rooting for her and it still didnt last, maybe she just said, you know what, fuck it, i’mma just gonna have me some fun and not look for a ‘relationship’ and damn what the world thinks of me for doing that.
Maybe halle has just freed herself from being concerned with other people’s opinion of her. And so she chose a man who might have said upfront that he was not interested in a long term relationship, he’s just not cut out for that. Judging from previous statements Halle has made in her parade interview a couple years saying that She needed drama, that she has lots of fears and negative thoughts and that those fears become a self-fulfilling prophecy, I stink at being told what to do and taking advice and that she wants someone honest and does not want to be cheated on. I have seen women like her, they desperately want an honest and loving man (Gabriel) but they do everything in the world to sabatoge the relationship. I don’t think she will find that with Olivier. Also, if the people magazine reports are true introducing him to her Nahla after only a couple of months. That is not good.

i’ve been reading this site for a few months now – great comments! this is my first foray into the commenting, so here goes. olivier martinez is hardly a hot guy. he’s a short french/spanish guy, with more savvy than the usual LA douche (love the word! we don’t douche in europe, nor do we have bidets, we’re filthy buggers here compared to american sensibilities) and he lived in a particular place in paris where he walked his dog every morning, followed up by what can only be described as a very sensitive coffee break with his male mate. he’s just an ordinary guy, that likes to enjoy some sausage too when it’s available. simples. now’t wrong with it either i say, but let’s stop the “he is so hot” nonsense. if you think he’s hot, let me take you to paris, london, new york, come on, and you’ll see hot.
