Oh, and they're running at 97-100% capacity at ALL times just to meet demand, which means they can't shut the equipment down for maintenance as often, which is why we've seen so many price spikes when refineries have major accidents and it hurts production. Really great idea, that. Not to mention the fact that nearly 1/3rd of the price of gas is tax, and when the hell has a Democrat ever met a tax he didn't like? They've been trying to nix the only tax cut we've had in 20 years since it's inception.
