He began this back when I was pregnant with our second son. He was helping me by painting my toenails because I could not reach them. He liked them so much when they were done, he painted his own (blue). I also liked it so I told him not to take it off (it actually looked rather hot on him!). I think some men can pull this off, and some can't. My husband has good-looking feet, so the polish just seems to go naturally with them. I also think it looks good on Dean. I think it's great that men can be themselves and have some fun. I don't care for the stereotypical guys anyway. My husband also wears his toenails painted. I know a bunch of men (actually couples) who paint their toenails. My wife and I go get pedicures together. What's the big deal? It comes off, unlike a tatoo that you regret a few years (months?) after you got it (in a sponaneous act of weirdness). Besides, it looks a lot better than plain nails.
