The animation was stunning, and the story was fun. I end up going to a lot of kids' movies and most of them are annoying and painful (ahem, Hannah Montana). I actually enjoyed this one. For a change. There really is a pressure to be in shape. That being said, Geroniomo is right, women are their own worst enemies. Unless someone completely balloons, ala Kirstie Alley, I rarely hear men going over womens weight etc. They are far more interested in her boobs than her dress size. Having been out here in LA for 10 years now, EVERYONE feels the need to be slimmer. There really is a pressure to be in shape.
That being said, Geroniomo is right, women are their own worst enemies. Unless someone completely balloons, ala Kirstie Alley, I rarely hear men going over womens weight etc. They are far more interested in her boobs than her dress size.
