I think the judge should have made Nick be the one who takes “lifelong care” of the guy he injured in the crash. Let Nick be the one who is by John’s bedside taking care of him like a job - make that his restitution.

I BELIEVE ALTHOUGH WHATS DONE IS DONE,EXCEPT AS OF THIS MATTER NICK HAS NO REACTION TOWARD JOHN,THAT IS JUST SICKENING TO MY STOMACHE.
He deserves manslaughter especially if something shall happen to john as far as passing away. I do believe its ATTEMPTED MURDER IF NOT MURDER. everyone who says they are all assholes needs to shutup you dont know them you dont know the story all you know is what you hear and thats not always the truth.i do agree that hulk said some wrong things but that is stillno reason to kill nick.i listened to the voicemail threats on youtube and the person said”your kid is going to bleed,your little fag— son is going to bleed slow.im going to bleed him and torture him slow then piss on his grave”that is a death threat and they have no right to kill nick besides if they do hulk will kill them

I agree with all the comments prior to this one: Terry ( Hulk ) to say, “it was God’s will”….all this tells me is how ignorant Hulk Hogan is, if it was Nick in John Graziano’s position would he say, it was God’s will?? He should take a look at himself and his disfunctional family. Karma is a funny thing Hulk….and we will all be around to watch it….I know you are rotting inside as I write this as you should for what has happened to an innocent young man…Your comments are very unintelligent…as was your career…..Dumb Wrestler….

I don’t watch TV much so I never saw the show on the Hogans. I also don’t know how much of an a hole Nick is. I happened to see the headline on CNN and decided to go the web to look up more info. I have to say your blog seems very one sided and unfair. Correct me if I am wrong, but John went in the car willingly. Did he know Nick had been Drinking? Did he know that Nick planned to race? Don’t all states have mandatory seat belt Laws? The way I see it is John could have easily being the Driver and Nick the passenger.

Actually, you have quite a few statements in your story that are incorrect. Terry Bollea DID NOT willingly provide his son with alcohol - among other things. Also, it hasn’t been proven that they were actually street racing. You can’t make judgment on these people until you get all of the facts straight. You claim to know nothing about the type of person John Graziano is, but yet happen to know everything about the Bolleas?

The fact is, this type of accident happens in every high school every few years. Kids consume alcohol then crash their vehicle, severely injuring themselves and others in the process. Unfortunately, this kind of thing is very common. The fact is, Nick Bollea and John Graziano are both KNOWN for this type of behavior. They both entered the situation willingly.

I don’t believe in “God”, but that aside, BOTH deserve what they have received. Maybe Nick Bollea’s sentence should be harder, but IN NO WAY IS JOHN GRAZIANO A VICTIM. He willingly subjected himself to the situation, knowing this result as a possibility.

Oh, and remember, not wearing your safety belt IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW. Neither are victims, both willingly broke the law.

Nick Bollea is right where he needs to be to pay for his crime. It’s sad that the sentence isn’t longer. The entire family are ridiculous leeches.

Having said that, John Graziano is an adult who should not have gotten into a car with a drunk driver. He CHOSE to ride with a drunk and he CHOSE not to wear his seatbelt. To say that he’s an innocent victim is truly a travesty and will not teach youngsters about responsibility. I hope and pray that he recovers.
