I have been with an absolutely great man who also is an awesome father to his children. He was married once before me to someone who kind of reminds me of DR. (and yes I watch her show just to laugh at what stupid thing she will do next) I have watched him go through many court proceeding to his children from the first marriage just to see his children and want so badly to be a part of their lives. We watched as she would turn the kids against him, not let him see the girls, and just in general be nasty. I have seen him lose his temper and say things that he would never say, had his feelings not be so hurt by the fact that he was not allowed by his ex - wife to be a part of his girls' lives. I think that Charlie should not have had to say he was sorry to anyone, least of all the public for something that is clearly a private matter and one that is so old to boot. (And I am not entirely pro-Charlie either.) Did Denise have to say she was sorry to the magazine editor that she called a C--- to a couple of weeks ago on her show? No. That was business as usual. But because it is Charlie, she choose to leak this information to make him look bad. Unless you have not been through this , you can not understand what he is going through. In the end... the ones that will truly suffer are those children. And I hope for their sake that their parents stay in show business... they are going to need that kind of money when they grow up and need therapy because they will be able to read everything about their parents proceedings in the rags and newspapers. It's bad enough to go through this without the publicity.
