I had a natural childbirth one month ago, hemorrhaged afterwards ad lost over 30% of my blood stores. I was only at the hospital for 30 hours after delivery AND I was up walking around while in the hospital. As log as you're not dying they want you to walk, you feel better annd less sore alot faster if you do.
